'Seventeen in CARATLAND' (2023) PT.3 | REACTION (Patreon)

From what started on Going SEVENTEEN to actually happening at CARAT Land Going Rangers one of my favorite segments of CARAT Land 2023. Our boys are excellent Power Rangers. Dino, S.Coups, Minghao, Joshua, DK, and Wonwoo made their own Megazord. Then there’s Seungkwan, Jun, Hoshi, Mingyu, Vernon, and Jeonghan making their own Power Blaster. Woozi taking up Zordon’s role as the mentor for the teams is perfect for Woozi. If you were wondering both teams are Going Power Rangers, but from different dimensions, or you guys could just think of it like when there are the special Power Rangers Episodes where you got a Power Rangers Team up from different Seasons. Too funny to think there is no script in the whole Going Ranger segment, and that that is all SEVENTEEN. Our Variety Kings are too talented and hilarious that they don’t need a script. Also excited for Going Rangers to continue on Going Seventeen. Also Reverse Units always one of my favorite segments of CARAT Land in general. All 3 Units slayed their performances. Always love how Performance and Hip Hop Units performances are always serious on their performances at Carat Land. Then there’s the Vocal Team’s Reverse Unit performances, which are pure chaotic comic relief of the Reverse Unit Performances. Day 1 it was DK, Day 2 it was Seungkwan, and then on Day 3 Poor Dr. Woo had to experiment on himself for his Human Balloon experiment because “I’m a Balloon” is the lyrics to Performance Unit’s song Pang. Also me as a CARAT wishing our Sebongs would release their Reverse Units songs on Spotify.

Wow Going Rangers were amazing! I think they do a new skit every year! This was the first time I watched a skit completely and it was so fun! Also even I would like to thank NightStormCat for sharing the link! I am glad they did. I love Power Rangers, so I am happy I could watch this while understanding everything completely. This link also had references like WOW! Thank you NightStormCat! ---- And the Reverse Units are one of my favs! It's amazing! I have seen many older reverse unit videos on YouTube and I am always mindblown. There are all so amazinggg! All the members are so talented really. Oh also I think the units sometimes modify the songs to bring a new vibe to it. Like either they modify the lyrcis to fit their personalities or they sometimes do a new segment. Like Hiphop team made Carats sing, Performance team made it a whole performance and I think Hoshi added a line from his Tiger song, he said "I'm the last tiger of Korea", and Vocal team did that Balloon gag. Oh by the way I think the reason they did that is because the song Pang!'s lyrics goes like "I'm a balloon, I'm a balloon" like that. And the part they did the Balloon skit has lyrics like, "In my eyes, my heart that is filled with you is like a balloon that inflates nonstop all day long It makes me wonder if you are indeed an air of love that inflates me I'm a balloon, I'm a balloon Might as well say that when I introduce myself I'm a balloon, I'm a balloon The sound of my heart bursting PANG! PANG! PANG! PANG!" So I personally think this was the reason why the Balloon skit happened. (Please do correct me if I am wrong~) And Pang and Imperfect Love (vocal unit song which hiphop unit did), its from Attacca. I think you haven't checked it out yet!~ Back It Up was from An Ode which you checked. :) ----- Oh and you were confused with Jeonghan and his hint right... it's same case as Mingyu, they suddenly told him to give a hint and he couldn't think of anything. They were giving him time to come up with something. Then I think DK tried to give a hint.. idk if he did cuz even I didn't get it. Anyways then they finally did the "Say the name Seventeen" and Caratland cheer and moved on. ----- Gonna excitedly wait for the last part next week!~

Love the rock element in the HHU’s Hug, and I also want Performance Unit’s Chocolate, and Vocal Unit’s Check-In. I am still laughing at the Vocal Unit’s performance of Check-In at the 2021 Carat Land. Jeonghan too funny cosplaying as a chicken. I also want our 95 Line’s Do Re Mi and Seungkwan and Mingyu’s My I. I also could listen to HHU sing Imperfect Love all day.

I am so happy you enjoy caratland trademark - unit reverse stages. Its the most anticipated stages of caratland ever. I am so happy too that both of you having the full experience of Caratland. It is chaotic but when it is not with seventeen lol. Goingverse - is what they call Going Seventeen Universe. The effort of Going Seventeen team and Seventeen themselves to build their multiverse. That is why sometimes it is so important to know insides jokes as Seventeen has been weaving them within GoSe for 4 years now, I am glad that you guys are also able to catch the ongoing jokes. Showing that you guys are properly enjoying the Seventeen Journey in Not So Carat 🩷🩵 Next part gonna be emotional roller coaster. The subs may be here and there but the emotions gonna get you right up. I am so happy you checked out caratland. After Mafia special GoSe, I hope you can check their older stuff either serious/funny 17Project or crazy One Fine Day: 13 Castaway Boys just to see how much they have grown over time but their true crazy funny character remain the same! Also just wanna shout out that for me being in this tier since it was whats hot tiers with you guys makes me happy with the consistent content that you guys provided each week. It may be tough of you having your own life going on in the background as well but the commitment of providing us entertainment is so great, that no words are enough for you (callback of Rock With You lyrics lol) Have a great day guys! Right!!! I agree! Jeonghan’s Checkin is amazing. When I saw that I laughed so much. And also I love how they changed the lyrics to fit them. They even included the jeju island fight haha. I also love HHU’s Lilili Yabbay performance. Vernon tho 🥹And even chocolate with actual chocolate. Wow. Reverse stages are really one of my favs. HHU’s don’t listen is secret is also wow!!!

Unit reverses never fail! Especially the vocal unit because they love to include word play and skits! The reason they did a skit about human balloon research and how it results in them popping for the song “Pang!” Is because “pang” is the sound of a balloon popping! And the song “Pang!” according to what Hoshi said in an interview is about the steady growth of feelings towards someone which accumulates inside of you like a human ballon until it pops and goes “PANG!” which expresses our nervousness and feelings of being overwhelmed when we are face to face with that someone. Last year as well they covered the hip hop units song “check-in” which sounds like “chicken” thus they pulled cards and the one who drew the card with a chicken was put into a chicken costume! They’ve been doing this is the beginning in 2017!

Glad you got to watch the Going Rangers skit with Hamzzi_17's eng subs (and translator's notes) ^^ Reverse Unit stages have always been the highly-anticipated segment of Caratland since 2017. It's just amazing how they perform other units' songs and own them... Personally, the highlight for me everytime is the Vocal Unit's cos they never fail to have a fun twists. Their concepts are interactive and silly. Imagine having a human balloon just to literally interpret the song PANG!😅

Ok I might be late to comment this, but after watching Follow to Seoul my brain made the connection regarding the hint DK gave. Now I know what song is next and why he did that hint. The move he did is there in the next song choreo haha.
