Gonna have to wait until I eat to watch😂 I will not torture myself! 2 hours later, stomach is filled and I’m ready to go!!! Been having headaches to and from all day and been feeling irritable for the last few hours now, so a serotonin boost was just what I needed!! I’m from Sweden (neighbouring country to Norway)🇸🇪 So a very fitting song that you were playing during my comment cause Zara Larsson, that features on A Brand New Day, is also from Sweden. In Sweden we speak Swedish, here is a little sentence for you: Jag älskar eran kanal och ni är jätteroliga😊 Try and figure out what that means. Not me trying to answer you in real time fully knowing that you can’t hear me😂 It’s not water that they’re adding to the tteokbokkie, it’s broth. So it might water it down a little but I don’t think it’s a lot. Plus they could just add more of the sauce if that’s the case. I think Wooshik and Tae might be the ones that are most well known internationally. Tae for obvious reasons and Wooshik because of Parasite. Seojoon is pretty big but unless you watch kdramas or korean tv in general I don’t think you would come across him. But I don’t actually know how famous he is outside of Korea but now with the marvel role he will hopefully get more international recognition. I think Seojin and Yumi are more famous in Korea than internationally. I know for a fact that I would not be able to work in a restaurant! Way to stressful for me and I would mess up all the food and orders😂 We are on episode 4 (episode 5 when you’re reading this) and you still haven’t learned to watch while eating/snacking or straight after you’ve eaten😂 Why torture yourself?? The three British people were so funny, tho I think the editing helped a little. They were so expressive! I love the Wooga squad’s friendship, it’s so adorable🥺 I’m so glad that they found each other cause you can see how much fun they have together. It’s evident that they take great care of the lake cause it looks gorgeous!!! I would do anything to be there right now (preferably with Tae, Wooshik and Seojoon👀) I think that’s just how having a restaurant or business is, the profit and amount of costumers will vary depending on a lot of factors like what day or time it is, time of year, weather, is there something else going on and location. I love this show! The cast and editing is what makes it good cause I think if it was a similar show but with other people and edited in a different way I wouldn’t like it as much. It seems like you are enjoying it as well so I’m glad that I recommended it (don’t know if someone else recommended it as well) and that everyone else also wanted to watch it🥰 Can’t wait for the next episode! And sorry for the long comment but what else would you expect coming from me😂

hellooo first of all thank youuuu for wishing me luck in the svt video reaction my assessments went bomb 🤌🏻and i am done with my first year aghhh (7 more years to go hehe imma be optimistic about it lol) loveddd your reaction!!!!! I waitied for your reaction vid to come just so i can eat dinner while watching it loll and i must say thats the only way you can watch jinny's kitchen😂. Seojin's dimple are my fav part of the whole series absolutely love his mood swings and profit obsession its so funny 😂.also i'm not British but i study in the uk and british chinese food like takeaway places are not the best , like there are obviously good places too but the ones that british people eat from are the worst i feel like they have a very low expectation with food all of my friends that are british have the worst food choices like seriously . i have a malaysian-chinese friend here and she takes me to the best chinese restaurants haha so i've only had the bad ones twice max. but then who are we kidding its not only the british chinese food 😶‍🌫️, being indian i have a high food expectation, definitely can't meet that expectation in an affordable way here lol as kevin says its not BuSsin( don't wanna trigger anyone so let me emphasize thats its my opinion lol ). also don't worry all of the little questions you have during the show will be answered in the last episode haha .can't wait for your next reaction !! hope you have a nice dayyyy, ciao

i am relieved they got a day off after the hectic day in the restaurant, it was so busy. i love how Seojin is a strict boss when at work and a dad when he is home - watching sports and the kids having fun. i totally agree with you, the customers were not coming because of the world cup and they were going to places having a tv Yumi is now a gimbap master, so happy for her.

Re: chicken from last episode’s comment. We honestly didn’t expect the size of one order of chicken to be that much chicken so we just ordered different flavors each. I think it was pretty cheap so we didn’t even question it. And we ordered it to go so they didn’t know it was only for 3 people. But apparently it’s pretty common to have one chicken per person but it was definitely too much for us. This particular place didn’t have the entire chicken fried at once. When they do that it’s usually called a different name (tongdak or literally whole chicken). Fried chicken (or just chikin in korean) is assumed to be pieces of a whole chicken and fried like how we see in the show. ——— Hellamyeon is kind of funny but a genius name. It’s Hell + lamyeon which is the same as ramyeon because r=l. And can also stand for hella spicy/good. Or just a lot of myeon (noodles) 😂 ——— No cause if your friend was like bro our waiter was one of the main characters from an Oscar-winning movie would you believe them. I think if you watch kdramas you probably know seo jun the most. If you like kpop then obviously taehyung. For the general public they probably know woo shik. ——— Lol love the whole chickens originated in China intermission we had and the hunger-induced deliriousness that keeps getting worse. You guys are too funny 😂 ——— For Youn’s Stay they had a set menu for breakfast and dinner and knew exactly how many people they were serving. They even scheduled them to come at different times to be more manageable. They were busy in the morning and night while they prepared the food and housekeeping didn’t take too long. Basically had the majority of the day to play around and/or rest. While this one is straight work for like 8+ hours with prep. ——— It’s P10,000 gross income so definitely making little profit lol. Idk how much profit they actually make but I think they’ve always priced the food a little lower to increase the amount of customers that come. And the ingredients they get But the Korean ingredients are usually sponsored. An actual business could probably do with higher priced food but might have trouble finding korean ingredients. Glad to know I wasn’t the only one who genuinely considered opening a restaurant in bacalar after this to the point of looking up housing lol. ——— Idk why they didn’t serve more drinks especially alcoholic ones because seo jin was an actual bartender and was always in charge of the drinks in the past seasons. And people kept asking for alcohol. ——— You just know going out to promote to random people must’ve been extra hard for wooshik as an introvert lol. ——— My favorite part of this is how you can see how close they all are. All their banter, complaining, and scoldings just shows how close they really are. ———
