I believe the message/tribute at the end was for Ryuichi Sakamato who passed away last month. Yoongi was deeply saddened by his death - that’s why it was such a big deal that he agreed to meet with Suga when he did because he had been battling cancer for a while and his health was in decline.

If you don't know what to watch for BTS then maybe Jinny's kitchen (It's by Na PD that does game caterers)? Taehyung was apart of the show with Seojun, Wooshik and two others (Seojin and Yumi). It's a show where they open a restaurant for a limited time, this time in Mexico. I think it's 11 episode and each one is around 1,5 hours long. It's available on Prime Video, don't know if you can find it somewhere else tho if you don't have Prime. Another recommendation for more bts content is Jimin and Suga on Just an Excuse. It's a talk show series on youtube (the channel is DdeunDdeun) with Yu Jaesuk, Saeho and Seokjin.
