Okay... First things first... I forgot to post my second comment last week... SO you get 3 this time... This was supposed to be in the comment section LAST time... You might not like it, but I don't care... I'm putting it here!!! *Episode Starts* Unbelieveable... I woke up... Went to finish your reaction... And I fell asleep... On the bright side, I hadn't pressed play yet, so your faces were still on the screen... But I still fell asleep when I was about to start the video... Unbelievable... It's like I fell asleep with you staring at me... At least Vimeo doesn't stop my screen from timing out... It would've been weirder if I also woke up to you staring at me... [...] Random thought... Maybe the reason I don't have much to say for the episode portion is because: 1) I know everyone else (especially Ida) will give a thorough explanation 2) You guys either stay silent or say things I can't comment on without spoiling it 3) I just woke up and my brain is off... Though I must say... Seeing you guys get all serious because you know you need to pay attention is AMAZING... I'm enjoying watching you guys slowly focus more and more each episode... I almost put "pretty punny"... I swear... Once you start with making puns, it's SO hard to stop... Can't really blame the BTS members for getting sucked into it because of Jin... [...] You know... I really hate the fact that they seem to let reporters tell EVERYTHING about open cases in Korea... I mean... HERE if you revealed stuff like that, the law would come after you because you would be "obstructing the investigation"... If you announce what the police are looking for the crimial knows what/who you're looking for, and if someone's a suspect, people might attack them and/or assume their guilt even if they're innocent... Like Jae-In went through a LOT because EVERYONE KNEW who her father was, and they don't seem to care if the family was involved... They only care if they're related... They don't have that: "You can't pick your family" mentality... The worse part is if they find out the person was innocent later, they act like nothing happened, and just switch the target of their anger to the police or something... They don't even apologize to the innocent person, and they blame the cops instead of the media for blaming the wrong person... You have to suspect everyone involved which includes innocent people to figure out who's guilty... It's like the media can just talk about evidence and stuff whenever they want over there... And then people complain and do things rhat can prevent the cops from being able to do their jobs... If they harass people who are innocent but might have information, those people may not cooperate because they don't want people to think they're involved... Then everyone blames the police and government for not being able to solve a crime... If the culprit knows what you're looking/at for via the media, they can get rid of it or set up an innocent person... It's like the media and citizens don't realize they're part of reason stuff can't get done... It's kinda stupid... Ok... Rant over... [...] Sorry... one more thing... When he was asking for people to contact them with information and then the reporter guy suddenly mentioned that someone with the same name was involved in the fire, all I could think was: *with EXTREME sarcasm* "Yeah... NOW people are DEFINITELY gonna call with information..." I think people would be more likely to help find a relative of a dead person if they only see them as a victim, but if the dead person's identity was stolen, they probably won't reach out for fear of being associated with the crime like: "How could they not report them missing or something? It's been 4 years!!" "Maybe they had something to do with it?" [...] Kevin: "I feel like it would help for him to know what he wants to find. Me: "That timing, tho..." [...] You know... I just realized this... His brother said that An reads corpses as objects and not people... I wonder if the reason they had him say that because whenever he randomly read objects, he would think "Show me something, anything" But when he read people, he'd say stuff like: "You're hiding something... I should see what the guy looked like..." He seems to get better readings when he asks a specific question than when he's just like "I wanna see something"... Never realized it before... [...] Ok... You guys can't watch this with the video not showing you what's happening... Most of the important stuff is VISUAL... It doesn't MATTER what they're saying... Part of me wants you to rewatch this episode because you missed a LOT just because it didn't show up on the screen.... This is SO not ok... You should seriously watch it on Viki... It's FREE, and that will NOT be an issue... I don't know if you'll have to watch commercials, but I would prefer watching fhe commercials WITH you than what's happening with this episode... Even if they were neighbors, went to the same school, and Sung- Mo told An told him about Jae-In... From what we saw of An's personality in high school... He probably wouldn't have tried to get closer to her unless that had happened... [...] You know... I remember the whole time they were looking for a taxi, I just kept thinking... "Look across the street... There are a LOT of taxis across the street..." Then, as the situation got more serious I was LITERALLY saying, OUT LOUD: "Just CROSS THE STREET!!!" [...] Done!!! Amazingly frustrating to watch, but at least you still got the general idea... If it wasn't for the fact that you got enough info for the next episode, I would SERIOUSLY ask you to watch it again... I get what you mean by being confused with names and faces too. Especially when you dont watch a lot of kdramas. So I'll try to help a little bit. Fake Kang Hee Sook (well we dont know her real name yet) basically lived as Park Soo Young then lived as Kang Hee Sook after. Because of Lee An, we found out that Kim Gab Yong (the one who died after they shot the tires while he's driving) is the one who killed the Park Soo Young and Kang Hee Sook. Then they found out that Kim Gab Yong worked in an organization that does identity theft (it just disguises as an employment agency) Hopefully I was able to explain it clearly haha, but if you are still confused, its normal. I was so confused too before and I have no one to ask about the drama cause my friends weren't watching it. At first I watched it because of Jinyoung, but I continued cause I was so intrigued by the story line.

Firstly I just want to begin with saying, sorry to Kevin or David (whoever reads this comment) that you'll get both mine and Destorer5000's comment 😅 This was not planned i promise!! .......................................................... I will try not no ramble on to much about my education but here is little more info: When I tell people that I’m studying ethology they all look like question marks. It’s not really a common word that everyone uses. but it sounds more complicated than it is. We learn about how you can read the animals behaviour (farm animals, wild animals, pets, all kinds of animals). We also learn about legislation, how to control the husbandry, about the animals needs… there are a lot of different areas. I think I want to work with conservation biology, both in the wild but also in zoo’s. There are so much I want to do but I don’t know how I will fit it all into a profession that already exist. Might have to create my own 😂 ……………………………………… When I noticed that David started reading the comments I got curious about how you would react to my little ps. comment. But sneaky sneaky Kevin had already read it and planned it all out… Okay now on to the episode: …………………………………….. You are correct about the scene at the bus stop not being in the last episode. In episode 6 the scene started with them at the curb, which is where they went after the bus stop. In this episode, episode 7, they rewinded it so you could hear the conversation they had before they went to the curb. …………………………………….. Okay so this this is why I think the dad tried to take his own life. From the conversation they had in the hospital room it seems like he wants Jae In to move on and not spend her life on trying to get him out of prison. So after she visited him in prison and told him that she is now going to start investigating he ended up trying to hang himself. I think he saw it as if he sacrifices himself then Jae In can start living her own life and not the life of a “murderer’s daughter”. This is my reasoning and I’m not 100% sure that this is what the scriptwriter and director wanted to convey. ………………………………………. I love how adorable you find Lee An. Jinyoung’s acting is so amazing and I feel like if they had another actor play his role it wouldn’t be the same, it wouldn’t give of the same feeling. ………………………………………. The scene with the librarian is soooo funny 😂 like what are the odds!! Poor Lee An, trying to explain himself. ……………………………………… A lot of gang’s that work in illegal markets such as organ and sex trafficking use other “companies” as a cover. It makes it harder for the police to detect them and also investigate because the illegal stuff is covered up pretty good with the “legal work” that they are doing. So from the outside looking in everything looks clean and perfect but when you get involved it’s already too late and you might end up getting sold off to some old man in a shed somewhere. ……………………………………… The guy in the folder with the name Kim Gab Yong is the guy that got killed and had the chain around his ankle. So it’s not the cop that is working with Jae In. Just to clarify. ……………………………………… There are so many details that I want to point out and scenes to explain but I can’t!! I have to contain myself and let it all play out by itself!! But there are two things that I do want to point out during the fight scene. Did you notice how Lee An put his hood up before he started fighting. My assumption is that he did it so he could reduce the possibility of reading the gangsters when they punch him. Less skin contact = less psychometric reading. The second thing is when he caught Jae In and then he dropped her. It connects back to the scene in the beginning of episode 6. In that scene he catches her on his back after he had “twirled” her out of the curtain and she says “It would’ve been less embarrassing to fall on the floor”. Clever clever… …………………………………….. Like I mentioned above there are so many details and foreshadowing that if you were to watch the drama again you would just “Ahhhhhh, how could I miss that!?!” and “That is so clever!!”. When the drama is over and if you haven’t caught on to every detail, which is pretty hard to do, I’ll see if I can remember to explain them. If you want to of course. It’s just that the drama is so well made and thought out that it amazes me every time I watch it. …………………………………….. As you probably noticed, during the last 20 minutes of the episode the subtitles were out of synch. It makes it a little distracting since your have to focus more and sometimes you miss the timing. I would probably say that it would be better to just watch it on Viki from now on. It just makes the experience much better if you don’t have to worry about the video or subtitles. ………………………………………. Done!! Well this comment ended up being WAY longer that i had anticipated… hehe. Hopefully you find it more informative than annoying😅

So...I finally made it. I kinda fell asleep watching it (it wasn't boring or anything...don't get me wrong). I woke up and the reaction was still on...so I took a nap for like 20 min or something. But that happens sometimes to me...I just get tired and before I know it I am asleep. That's one of the reasons I don't want a driver's license 😂. Of course your hair looks beautiful, David. I have thick and curly hair...so it's hard to keep it not frizzy and shiny. I am kinda jealous 😭. I tried to look up hair slit...my phone made it into hairy slit and what I got there was...well...don't look it up, please. I don't know if it is even appropriate to write it here 🙈. That episode had a lot of comic relief, which was about time. So many things happened and the pace gets faster. I understand that keeping up with the names is hard, especially when you don't have a face to connect to the name. But you will get there. I hope you had a nice weekend. YES!!! You CAN connect 2 bluetooth devices at the same time!! ESPECIALLY with a computer... You just have to go into your settings to allow the same audio to play through 2 separate devices... You just need to pair both and turn them on. Unless what you're saying is your device doesn't have Bluetooth, and you're using some sort of gadget to use a bluetooth device. If so, you could also just use a headphone jack splitter. It like $10 and lets you plug in multiple headphones to the same aux output. Of course, you'd ALSO need corded headphones.... [...] Once you finish the show, I hope you go back and see exactly how accurate some of your guesses were... I have a feeling your reaction would be AMAZING... If I wasn't so lazy, I would LOVE to figure out how to make a compilation of your correct guesses for you to react too... [...] Not many comments this time... Though I AM kinda upset that my joke at the end of my comment meant from yesterday was RUINED becuase I was planning to try and post it close to the deadline so it would be the last comment... Hello! First off kdrama timelines are weird sometimes. They sometimes start the show off and give more backstory than where the last episode was left off. I think it's to jog people's memory about where the last episode was left off or to build up the suspense again for a new episode so you don't jump straight into the action. Also nice job noticing Seung Mo's off behaviors. These will be explained at a later time. You guys are right about the dad feeling guilty but it's not what you think he's feeling guilty for. I think he feels guilty for all the trouble Jae In has gone through being a "murder's daughter" like getting egged and bullied by other classmates when they find out who her dad is. Or having to transfer schools so often and having to hide and be secretive all the time. (I could be wrong but that's how interpreted it) He thinks that if he passes parole it will only cause her more problems which is why he keeps failing parole so he can't be released. He thinks her life would be better if he's not in it, so he doesn't want her to waste her life trying to solve the case and getting him released from prison. Yes kdrama timelines can be very confusing because of the mix of past and present. I don't really know how to help you guys with this part other than just continuing to watch because it will eventually make sense. Also omg so many hints but you guys don't understand yet. Oh and fun fact, Jinyoung did all those stunts himself. There's some behind the scene clips of them filming that fight scene and you guys should definitely check it out when you have a chance. I'm not sure if there are subs for them though or if they are on Youtube. Also they finally kissed! That's why I was super excited for this episode because I was so excited to see your reactions to that scene. Anyways school has started again and this semester is going to suck because my classes are so difficult. Alright bye for now!

strange& sleepless

The subtitles were a bit late in the last 20 min so when they were talking fast it was a little difficult to keep up. It's weird cause I've never had these kinds of issues with dramacool and there are no ads in the middle of the episode for me either. You could try watching it on Kissasian. Maybe that'll work better for you. If I remember correctly everything's gonna make a lot more sense from here on. And omg I forgot that they kissed so early on, I was shook lmao

i completely understand what you guys mean with names and faces HAHA. This was my first official kdrama and it was so hard to keep up and remember things, but in the end, I eventually got used to it. It's especially hard considering it's a mystery and it's important to remember certain things, but you guys are doing better than you think :) if you need, i can let you use my viki account (it's like a kdrama netflix lol). It won't have ads and it should work fine! I can just change my password after you guys are done :) i trust you and it's not like you can do much with the account anyways haha. I ended up getting viki for this show actually lol. I was so tired of ads...

HEY guys! another great reaction. I literally have had no time to watch any videos but I woke up two hours early before work to catch up on this instead of studying for an exam. So feel very loved, cause I am sacrificing school and sleep for you. Not that I need much convincing to ignore school cause if these teachers don't stop acting out I might just off myself. You would think that they would care a little since I am paying them thousands to care but they feeling a little too important for my taste. Anyway sorry for going on a tangent lol but I haven't written a comment in a minute so hopefully I am forgiven. Anywho..... A kiss within the first 7 episodes in a KOREAN DRAMA?!! what is this, a whorehouse? Bruh I am so surprised. I mean it was a fish kiss (a kiss where they just standstill with their lips pressed together) so it's not that much different than other dramas but they really just jumped into it like that! That's crazy. But onto the major plot point... the suspense is killing me. I wonder who that guy is... I think it is the Brother's dad and he was abusive maybe. And he might have gotten mad that his wife runaway with their son and decided to kill them. I can't wait to find out more. Also, I think the reading was a foreshadowing of the brother's case. The way he was describing the word "lovely" (I think it was that word) when they were describing the tree, was so robot-like. Like he had to memorize what different emotions go with what situations. And then suddenly they focus on one chapter from all the books Lee An was reading which was on the condition of not being able to feel emotions. That can't be a coincidence. But If I have made another wrong prediction on this drama, I will never say I have been watching dramas since I was a child ever again. Because being wrong so many times is humiliating at this point. Don't remember what else I wanted to say while watching but the last thing I wanted to say was that need you guys to drop the skincare routine, please!! *Episode Starts* Ok... Devin... I thought you guys already knew this, but it seems I was mistaken... At the beginning of most K-DRAMA episodes that end on a cliffhanger (especially ones like this where there's a mystery), they tend to "rewind" the last scene. They back it up and reveal more about what happened. Sometimes you don't get all the dialog or events that led to the ending scene. Also, there are times when the ending scenes in the last episode didn't happen at the same time. Sometime's the beginning of the episode reveals that the two events in the ending scenes that you thought were happening simultaneously were actually hours apart. Sometimes there's even another scene that was intentionally not shown so they can have a character appear at a critical moment. That's another thing to be aware of. Just because things are SHOWN at the same time, it doesn't mean they HAPPEN at the same time. To summarize, the beginning of the episodez almost always start from just before the final scene of the last episode, and unless the scenes are tied together with something like a phone call (like when An got stabbed), you can't trust that they're happening at the same time. [...] Kevin: "So this is where we were... So we didn't see that before." Me: "Yeah. They were showing you the events that led up to them trying to catch a taxi." I'm stil reeling at how you can see a line of taxis waiting across the street... [...] Random thought: I'm glad that my first comment (for this episode) was really short... I felt a LITTLE bad that I posted my second comment for the last episode at the beginning of this one, but now I feel better since the other one was so short... I just put a LOT of effort into my comments now, so I felt I HAD to post it.... Second random thought triggered by the first: Though seriously, you guys should consider investing in Viki or OnDemandKorea. There's no commercials if you do, AND they have shows that are exclusive to them. Of course, some people steal them and post them in other places, but you also never have to worry about them not working because they have official permission to host the shows. Also, Viki has Dramas from other countries as well... There's this one drama from China that's REALLY good. I think you'd like it. It's called "Sweet Combat" ... I still haven't finished it because life keeps distracting me, so I have to keep starting over because I forget what's going on... It's a REALLY interesting just to listen to, and the PLOT is AMAZING. (You don't have to watch it, but I'm just leaving this here for those who I know might be.) [...] You know... I just went back to see what I wrote in my comment from the last episode... and I was SHOCKED... I said that I feel asleep when I was about to start the episode again, so your faces were on my screen when I woke up... And I did it AGAIN... That's funny... [...] Kevin: "That was adorable." Me: "What in the world does he think he's DOING giving candy to children in a HOSPITAL?!? That could be SO dangerous!!! If there was a nurse or someone there supervising, it'd be fine, but you don't know why they're there! You can't give them stuff!!!" It was a cute idea, but you can't just go around giving kids food without permission, ESPECIALLY in a hospital... [...] Ya'll forgot his dream? You remember when Jae- In first found out about his ability, and he dreamed that she came over and asked about it? Remember, he woke up just before she kissed him because he fell out of his bed. Do you remember how he criticized himself for having such a dream before promptly jumping back into bed hoping to continue the dream? Do you remember saying that you guys used to try to fall back asleep to continue dreams when you woke up? Remember? Because I do, and it was HILARIOUS... [...] An: "Lips?" Jae-In: "Index finger?" An: "OH! Yeah! It would be the index, huh?" Jae-In: "What were you thinking?" An: "I know, what was I thinking?" *insert attempted cover-up* Bye!" *An flees* Jae-In: "Get home safe!" An: "Yeah!" Not 100% accurate, but needed to be addressed. [...] @52:47 I'm posting this comment now because I'm getting sleepy, I have work to do, and I want to make sure I manage to post BEFORE you guys film the next episode. I was seriously about to fall asleep watching, and I'm afraid if I let myself fall asleep, I won't wake up in time to finish the episode and post my comment... oh sht I thought that was an actual hair slit!😂😂 like you know how they shave line(s) to make it look like you have a stripe in your hair. I'm 🤡 I feel like it's inevitable to be confused with the names when you start a new show. also it doesn't help that in here, they used the full names instead of nicknames.
