no actually it was AMAZING, i hate to say this, but YG literally gave Bambam his debut and he ALWAYS thanks YG for that. If you rewatch WIN, you'll see YG complimented Bambam a lot and that opened JYP's eyes up and made him realize how great bambam is. And THAT'S why Bambam got that email saying he is debuting. It sucks, YG knows and recognizes talent, but he just sucks at distributing it. He literally completed GOT7 for JYP. But yeah, GOT7 has a pretty simple (in terms of kpop) debut. Majority of groups are made that way when they're not on survival shows, just kind of put together and sadly sometimes losing members right before debut and along the way. It's pretty sad :/ but thankfully not the worst, i'm glad they didn't have to do a survival show, as nice as it is to watch groups come together, the shows are horrible and must be mentally horrible for members.

No mercy is the survival show for Monsta X that they debuted from. Shownu from monsta x was supposed to debut with GOT7 originally, but he left JYP since he wasn't getting anywhere and was depressed to see his friends debut without him, then went to Starship.
