The lawsuit for both Kris and Tao ended is over but the final verdict was that if Kris and Tao have any schedules in Korea that they’ll have to give part of the money to Sm since their contract is not expired and Kris and Tao violated the contract first. As long as they don’t go to Korea to do work then they have no business with SM. All of the 12 members were really close and it affected the remaining members a lot after they left. Although for years after they left there wasn’t any interaction between the former members and the current ones (or even among the ones who left) since last year they’ve been interacting more. Kris, LuHan and Tao have reconciled and now follow each other on sns and LuHan follows all of the members on Instagram (he even liked Xiumin’s pic about him enlisting). Kris even said in an interview (about being with EXO) that he met the right guys but at the wrong time (that they got along well but the company...). And in Tao’s latest insta post about his new song and anniversary of his debut (the EXO debut teasers) he tagged LuHan (twice but it was probably a typo since lay’s Instagram also starts with an L like LuHan), Kris and mentioned “his 2 other brothers” (meaning Xiumin and Chen who were in EXO-M) (he deleted it though since people were hating 🙄). LuHan + Lay are still good friends, and LuHan + Tao bought jewelry from Kris’ shop and showed it off on insta. And as far as I know LuHan’s lawsuit was due to health issues (he is afraid of planes and they had to travel a lot do to concerts and stuff so it affected him a lot when he had to board a plane). There are rumors that LuHan talked about it with the members since LuHan was seen (?) with some of them after leaving EXO so they were on good terms (that wasn’t the case with Kris)

Luhan, Kris and Tao are friends now that Kris and Tao are friends again. That was the biggest new year surprise of 2019. They were doing activities together too like flying on the plane together cause Luhan has issues with planes.
