B.I has never said this but we thought he writes Everything for the “old” iKONIC who left fandom after the long hiatus and Bling Bling era. B.I used to comment on a topic where “old iKONIC” threw all the worst thing to him and iKON in comments saying they’re gonna leave fandom and some dirty words I’d never want to remember again in my life, but B.I just comment “I’ve read all.” I can’t imagine how he feels after reading all that shit, how it’s like when he sit down to writes this song, how he still loves and wish them well after all of that. iKON aren’t just idols, they’ve taught me a lot through their songs and stories. For any reason, when a love ends, what you should keep in mind are good memories and respect. Hate and anger should’t have places in our heart because in the past, someone used to be our everything.

The chant part at the end of almost every iKON song is also my favorite! I love how it is meant for iKONICS to singalong with them. During their concert last year (which was the first concert I ever went to), I was super happy to be singing along them that I cried especially in their Freedom song. 😭💖 It makes me happy how both of you appreciate each member's vocal color and you both look so sincerely proud of them. 💖 I rarely comment but I'm always happy to watch you both reacting and fanboying to iKON and I love your friendship! 😍 ahhhh I think I've spazzed too much... I'm sorry. 🙈 Thank you so much for being a source of happiness!!! 💖💖💖😭

It's true! And I can also somehow tell when it's iKON's song because they kinda stand out :D B.I calls their music "well-made k-pop" and I agree. They put a lot of poetry and interesting musical choices and never bother to repeat something popular to please audience that is expecting some general songs. Also when I first got into iKON I was also surprised that there are many groups where you can't tell who's singing what but with iKON you have 7 very unique voices that somehow work perfectly together that you don't even notice when one ends and another starts. Chanwoo does his best at talkative-like low singing parts, Donghyuk does falsettos and high voice, Yunhyeong is for powerful parts and middle ground, June and Jinhwan for fierce chorus harmony and I'm really glad they found their own voices as YG told them. (I remember Donghyuk disliked at first that his voice was high and didn't fit to hip-hop they were doing and he tried to change his voice but they advised him to accept it instead so he tried his best to improve his own voice and now look at him and all his ear-blessing parts!)
