it's really an entertaining show, but cruel in the end. Win and Mix & Match are probably the toughest idol survival shows, not only physically but mentally. As compared to other shows, such PD101 and Treasure Box, these guys have to do everything from scratch. Please continue watching Mix & Match!! You'll see so much growth, and changed of Team B/iKON's attitudes and perspectives after their lost in Win. It's really interesting how circumstances change people.

Hey guys. It was great watching this again with you. I think you should do weekly idol and idol room before mix and match because mix and match is alll about that sad emotional shit and Y.G. torturing IKON once again . Climax is the song that made IKON my favourite group and seeing what they went through and where they are now I feel very proud of them. As for you guys thank you once again for always reacting and spending so much time to give us great content. It really makes my day watching your videos cause Im 20 and none of my friends like kpop or appreciate artists and their efforts like you do. Hope your channel gets extremely big one day cause you're so enjoyable . Also I will ask again pleaaaase make a livestream or a Q/A for kpop but also yourselfes. Minzi is actually a year older that Jinhwan (or his age. I forget which one it is) and CL is not that far off either so they’re pretty close to the ages of both teams which is why they were all giddy when talking about them. And you’ll actually see Yedam (the little boy who performed with Lee Hi and AKMU) in treasure box. He’s been at YG since that time until now waiting to debut. And the female host is actually a really good and popular actress right now (her name’s Yoo In Na). And Climax is one of the songs performed during the concert so you’ll see it soon

fun fact: Just Another Boy was supposed to be GD&TOP’s song hehe they recorded it with Teddy in BigbangTV but it was never released. we only heard snippets of it through the show. after some time, it suddenly appeared in WIN and now has become WinKon’s songs 😊

Guys please watch Mix & Match next to continue to momentum of pain. Hahaha To be honest for me Mix & Match is more painful and heartbreaking than WIN. In WIN they compete as a team but in Mix & Match they're competing with each other together with 3 new members to be an official iKON member. Hanbin, Bobby, and Jinhwan are the only confirmed members while Yunhyeong, Junhoe, and Donghyuk needs to compete with the 3 new members to be part of iKON and it's painful I swear! I honestly shed more tears in Mix & Match than WIN, and everytime I re-watch the show, It never fail to make me cry again. It's worth it.

the pain was real bcs we never know the future, all the boys thought abt was that they might not be able to debut at all at that time. Back then, YG was never the type to debut teams frequently. it’s safe to assume that the possibility was super low to debut. this was 8 years after bigbang, that’s why it’s sad. we’re all in the dark just like the boys after WIN...totally not aware how they’re doing AT ALL. it was hard. damn hard. we don’t have anything so the only thing we could do that period was to rewatch WIN countless times no matter how sad the show is....bcs we only have WIN. and once in a while, we would get rumours like ‘BI left YG’ or any member suddenly missing etc. whenever we see fan-taken pictures of the boys outside of the company, what we do first was to count if they’re still 6 through blurry pictures 😭 the only time we found out that they’re really 6 was during M&M..only to be crying again while watching. mixed feelings between feeling happy to finally see them after so long but at the same time sad to see them go through the same pain again. sorry this is too long guys 🙏🏻 don’t forget episode 11 😊

Yes, please do weekly idol first and then do mix and match :) it's a nice break. I think Team B 100% killed Just Another Boy, it was way more their style and they worked with it well. Team A did great too, but Team B totally owned it. And Jinhwan rapping caught me off guard, lol. I'm probably very bias, but I think Jinhwan really shined in the performance, along with Bobby. They stole that song for me. June improved SO MUCH, i'm proud of him even though it was 5 years ago lol. I agree with what Kevin said, their individuality is their problem. I know DK and Song weren't the 'best' back then, but that's mainly for vocals. They were great dancers back then, so even if they don't get many lines, they should've gotten some type of dance part. With team A, i feel like the audience can connect to EVERY member cause everyone got some type of chance to shine or be on screen, but we didn't even see DK or Song, so why vote for that team when you don't even see or know all the members well? :( it leaves a wall between you and the group. Now we have an advantage cause we already KNOW the members, but if i was watching this back then, i'd only really know Bobby, Hanbin, Jinhwan and June. While I really love Team B's dance, I just felt like Team A's felt more...personal and stuck with me more. Team B's was really cool, but Team A made me feel something. Which in my books, makes it better? But I think Team B was 'technically' better, cause like Kevin said, they are overall better dancers. But I preferred the performance of team A's. Kevin took David's water bottle and barely drank anything smh. Sorry i had to comment on that lol. i'm kind of tied with the last performances. I can't give my opinion cause i'm too bias, being too emotionally attached to team B. But both were very beautiful in their own ways. I can say that team B's lyrics were better, but team A's singing was better for me, and both team's rapping was amazing. Overall, i think team b's song just left a bigger impact, even the audience agrees, even team A agreed. It was just more oof, which is how i feel about team A's dance performance in round 2. Plus, team A already had an emotional song about their struggles and life (smile again?) so i think they did their song cause they wanted a happier one, since they already sang a song about their journey. I can see why team A won, even if they didn't have a 'bias' from the beginning, i wouldn't have been too shocked if they won? It seemed like in the end, voting was pretty close anyways, so it's not like team B dramatically lost. Wow, you can see how much it meant to Team A, though, they were SOBBING, idk the guy's name but the one who was on the ground, his hands were shaking, no wonder June was hugging him. I think they truly 100% deserved to win, i'm actually crying more for their team, seeing how shocked and humble they were. They deserve it, truly. Like David said, they grew so much in that time, not only with singing, but also dancing and rapping. While i think team B sort of stayed the same, cause they were already great with dancing and that's the categories they always won in, they didn't improve their vocals at all in this time period, aside from June a little. I think team B wasn't quite ready yet, plus we need Chanwoo lol. If they won, we'd have no Chanwoo soooo. Therefore, we'd have no iKON. Btw, i think they comforted team A more cause remember, if they didn't win, they literally had to disband cause they would have been too old. They kept saying support team B, cause i think they meant as individuals, cause at the time, they weren't supposed to stay as a group. I think they were saying that to kind of make people stay supporting them so they could stay a group. Which is also why I think Song was crying so much, cause he was probably scared they wouldn't stay a group and like in that other episode, we saw how much little song adored them, especially jinhwan, and leaned on them for comfort and support :( he was so young here, and we all know Song needs love and attention, and the boys gave him that.

I hate to see them cry so much T.T They didn't say anything about the disbanding at the end because it was EITHER disbanding OR member changes and the 2nd scenario happened with team b when they started Mix&Match, there wasn't really a need to repeat what yg said once already.

This reaction is worth the wait. Although we already know the result, its still hard to not feel bad for Team B but you guys are right Team A won and they desrve it cause they improved a lot. Honestly what I feel bad the most is at that moment, Team B really thought they were gonna disband or will wait years and years before debuting because that's what YG said in the beginning. My heart was breaking when Jay was trying to stop himself from crying so he can speak and also from seeing Song cry so much. Anyway, there's still episode 11, I hope you guys can react to that before doing Weekly Idol or Idol Room. We need to laugh before Mix and Match.

There is another episode after this, Ep 11, when they covered the behind the stage scene for the Finals and interview before and after. Thank you for reacting! First Round Team B (because it was more to a fun single life theme song, i laughed the same time as you did when you realised Kevin was mention in the song LOL), Second round Team A (Team B dance was powerful but it was missing something at the end, because it felt that it ended abruptly without a 'bang') as for the 3rd Round, both song was beautiful lyrically, Team B 's Climax hit really hard on everybody, it was a perfect song to end the battle but both songs to me was personally good. The 'Stick to me' dance by Bobby was received well by fans all over the world. They shared clips of fans dancing to it either in ep 11 or MM i dont remember. cant wait to start MM with you guys, I have only watched it once, I dont think my heart can go thru the rollercoaster ride again if i rewatch it. M a softie, i easily balled my eyes out, maybe watching with you will lessen me being an emotional wreck. :)) You can either continue with Idol room and weekly idol or MM, I dont mind, both works with me.. Thank you again for watching and reacting!!! i fell asleep waiting for it to upload on patreon, and woke up at 3am, realising it was up already 2 hours ago.. but yeah.. it Sunday morning now 5am, m glad i got to watch again with you. BTW Tablo, the guy you thought was Teddy, is Epik High's leader. He's considered one of the best lyricist in Korea. Epik High is a hip-hop group. They have a song called Born Hater feat Mino, Bobby and BI, it was released prior to iKON debut. And also, if you finish watching the Continue Tour Concert til the end, you'll hear Climax again coz they will perform it featuring BI's tears. LOL

All of Team B’s performances are seriously more powerful in the last ep but you are right about Team A’s vocals being more stable compared to B. No matter how catchy or powerful a performance is, some people will still look for the technicalities in the live performance (and the narrative was there since the beginning, a better story to have is 0 to hero compared to keeping it stable and slightly going up, we do love some drama) Aside from that , Team A members stood out individually, unfortunately back then, DK and Yoyo were floating around trying to figure out where they should be, as you even saw, DK was introduced for Vocals but eventually as they become iKON, DK turns into the Main Dancer (he also matured vocally and sometimes carries a powerful voice esp in recent Rhythm Ta live performances compared to his younger super thin voice which scares me back then because I’m worried that his voice will crack during a live performance) Even though I’m bitter about Team B losing in WIN (and WIN basically torn the YG fam because ICs and iKONICS can’t stand each other), in the end, both teams are neck and neck. Again, it depends on the viewers taste when it comes to genre. Plus Mix and Match was a good way to showcase Team B’s individuality. So people got to know them better. That those who are not known yet were not just there as fillers. We got to know DK and Yoyo’s strength and finally Chanwoo joins the team. Some people who still call themselves iKONICS just wants to OT6 (from WIN era) but I seriously can’t imagine iKON without chanu. Mix and match also paved way to korea’s first idol Rap Monster, Bobby. Thus the reason why Bobby is the most popular amongst iKON members despite of being called ugly. So yeah, thanks again guys for your reactions. I hope you’ll still watch episode 11 (to see the backstory of Ep10), I don’t care whether you watch WIN or iDol room first (or any iKON related videos) we’re here to watch them all no matter how long they take. More power to your channel and hopefully you’ll get more subscribers ❤️

B.I tried to not break so so hard throughout this whole episode it was so hard to watch. This show broke him, and it still impacts him til this day. With no promise of staying together, with no promise of a debut date, god knows how he managed to pull through with all the team b members to ensure that each and every member stayed after this traumatising event.. i'm sure the team b members were offered contracts from other companies after this much exposure.. after seeing that much talent.. who wouldn't want to poach the team b members .. the fact that they remained as yg trainees with the mindset that we have to do this altogether is just a testament to how much they value their brotherhood. like many of the previous episodes say, if you have time check out the song empty whcih was written by B.I because of the experiences of this loss.. it was given to Winner by YG as their debut song but even when you listen to it you can just hear Hanbin's musicality and emotion shine through esp with the lyrics. He just felt empty after this loss Anyway, can't wait for the Mix and Match reactions! :D

I would personally like if you guys continued on and watched mix and match right away but I'll be happy with anything. Personally speaking the only perfomance I liked from team A was their self composed song. I liked all of Team B's performances. The only part that still kind of annoys me is the fact that Team B had to be the strong ones and be there for team A even though team A was the one that had won. I understand that they're tears of happiness and all that and after all they've been through their reactions is understandable but team B had just LOST they didn't know when they would debut and yet they had to be the strong ones. I don't know it might just be me but I think that was a bit unfair to team b.

Even until now.. The final battle and the announcement still made me cry. When the time this show aired... I also understood why team a made it.. Not because team b was not good.. But because team a got a little more polished than team b toward the end of the show. I'm still very much thankful that everything worked well for both teams after the show. It just took some time but i'm glad both teams got their own names now in the kpop/music industry. Btw it's funny how you guys keep on pointing out how Yoo In Na was stone cold during the emotional parts 😁 she is yg family's very own actress so she knows how to keep her emotions intact haha. Also, just like what most comments said.. I hope you guys watch ep 11 for bact stage clips during the final battle and i hope you also watch the unreleased clips of this show. Thanks! Thanks for reacting, guys! And thank you for making me laugh a lot more than I ever have while watching this episode. I died at your reactions to Bobby's epic choreography xDD Rather than talk about who I think deserved to win, I think it was just right that it worked out this way. I think had Team A lost, they wouldn't have made it to debut. I think the members would've split up or moved on, as inevitably happened with Nam Taehyun. But Team B were never going to let this loss stop them. They went right back to practice the very next day. I really believe their hard work and dedication was the only thing that kept them going and kept them together, as is still true to this day. iKON are truly a self-made group.

She is super sweet and she supported team A and B a lot, she invited them to her Radio show right after their debut.

Oh and TABLO and Epik High was, and still is one of the best lyricist for me. It would be Nice if you can check out Tablo’s song such as HOME or AIRBAG and Epik High’s Born Hater , UP, or Don’t Hate Me.

It’s easy to watch WIN nowadays but for me as a BGold then iKONIC it’s still a pain in my heart remembering all the things they went through. After WIN, there’s a long time we don’t have any news from Team B, and the rumors go everywhere that some members leave YG, even a picture of their backs make us happy and we have to send it to each other privately for YG don’t block all pictures. We - BGold made hashtags event every week, sent cover dance clips, messages to YG, begging YG don’t disband Team B and give them another chance. Then Mix n Match happened and I cried every episode to see them compete to each other to get a debut spot. But all of that just the beginning of the story, their debut story, their 2 years in Japan, the song B.I made after WIN in his depression but end up becoming Winner’s debut song, the hate they got for not living up to YG Pride,... being iKONIC has never been easy. But I’m glad they’re still here, having each other and having us to cheer and love them since the day we started. Thank them to all the things happened, they’re still iKON that I fell in love with from the beginning, still “Young, wild and free” and still thankful to all the things they’ve received. Thank you for loving and reacting to iKON. I’ve never thought that I can watch WIN final episode again but I watched it with you guys today. Much love.

I was rooting for Team B but at the same time happy for Team A. We all can see that Team A's vocals are more polished than Team B. but when it comes to performance Team B always got my attention they know how to get the audience attention they know how to own the stage its like the stage is their playgroud. But now thinking about it If Team B won what would have happen to Team A? im sure they will Split. but anyway im just happy that it is what it is now.
