Same David...going to the cinema is not fun anymore. It's just expensive and boring. But for BTS? Totally worth it 😉. Loved your reaction...love seeing you guys genuinely enjoying the songs. And even if you have seen a performance of a song at least 12 times you are still having fun 🌞. Keep doing what you are doing 💪🏻

that wasn't a roast kevin! I am sincere! lol, embrace short height. Smh those who don't want you to react to American Hustle Life are such buzzkills (is that the right word?) it's such a fun show. It's like run bts and bon voyage mixed because they are in America so they're going around trying to speak english and sort of have a vacation but they also have challenges every episode. The only thing people don't like is that Coolio (who is their mentor) was such an asshole and against Tae, idk why?? You'll be mad at him cause tae was so young (18) back then so you're like glaring at coolio whenever he's being mean to little tae, but he's not there the whole time. There's also a guy who was a jerk to Suga and Jin but he's literally gone the next episode, so it's fine. I feel like people don't realize not everyone is gonna be fawning at BTS' feet and they will meet people who don't like them and are mean :( but it's life. And fans find it cringey when BTS are talking english with girls? I guess? But you guys have seen a lot of clips of them speaking english to strangers so you know how it is. I get cringey very easily and only cringed at maybe two parts. People overreact. This was a big part in playing who they are and I guarantee, without this show, Tae would not have been as confident in his voice if it weren't for it. You'll see why.

Hmm...Than I think I am one of those buzzkills 😂. I don't like the show bc I don't really know what they learned about Hip Hop. So the purpose of the show is invalid to me. I know that not everyone has to kiss the floor BTS are walking on but there is a thing I call respect and apart from a few instructors, Tony and Nate I missed that with all the other ppl they interacted with. You can be a good teacher without downgrading your students. I don't care if they talk to girls...but that music video was cringy. Not bc it had girls in it...just the thought of how a music video had to look like was cringy to me. It didn't fit them...just my opinion. I didn't enjoy watching it tbh...

Angie

idk i agree, they didn't learn anything about hip hop tbh haha. Mainly just some history and what NOT to do? Cause after this, they dropped that faux hip hop vibe. I think they got more from EXPERIENCE. Tbh they didn't learn shit about actually hip hop, but they got a lot more confident with themselves, they did have some fun memories, they became a bit more humble (though they were humble already). I agree, the way that guy downgroaded Jin and Suga and Coolio was just horrible to Tae -- it really bugs me, but like I said, that guy left right away and Coolio thankfully wasn't in it too long or else I'd be more petty towards the show. But like I said, they're gonna meet rude people in their life and sadly we may see it happen again in the future. I don't think it's enough for me to tell someone not to watch it, cause it's part of their history and we can't baby the boys forever. We know David and Kevin are gonna defend our boys when those jerks come on screen, which makes it worth seeing them react to it haha. The MUSIC VIDEO was cringey for sure, but since I'm American, I guess I'm very used to these cringey videos (especially cringey hip hop music videos...). I've seen two people react to it and both were positive and said it wasn't that bad and they just had a problem with coolio and that one guy.

Hmm...I feel they did learn something about hip hop, albeit not THAT much but they did to some extent. By dropping the faux hip hop vibe after this experience is definitely something they learned. Hip hop isn't about all the chains, girls, low riders, etc. that you see in music videos; it's more than that. You can't go around calling yourself a hip hop group if you don't have or understand the basics of what hip hop is all about. So in that sense learning about the history of hip hop.....I agree wholeheartedly. Angie I agree with your statement about how they got more from the experience. My favorite scenes, among many many many others lol, is when they went to skid row and....you know. lol Don't want to spoil it for Kevin and David so I won't say it. lol I personally would want Kev and David to watch the AHL series. It can be cringy but only if you see it as cringy. On a side note: Kevin and David here is a link to a website that has the knowing brothers (aka ask us anything tv show) that you can watch for free and it has english subtitles. It's a great website since it has not just variety shows, but dramas and..other stuff lol. BTS was on that show and it was so funny. I don't think you'll have a problem with that site.
