haven't watched the video yet but in case you don't know what happened on Tae and Yoongi, basically Tae joined them late because his grandpa passed away, and yoongi had to leave early because one of his relative passed away (it is stated in the official Chinese subtitle, idk y eng sub doesn't mention it tho

Yoongi had to leave bc of a family matter. He got the news when they were on the ferry the first time and you can see him on his phone in the background when they were eating on the ferry. That's the first season in which not all members are able to enjoy a trip together (for a longer time). But it is still my favourite season.

i didn't notice him in the background on the ferry :( that makes me so sad. I feel like he was trying his best to wait it out but the timing just didn't work out and he really had to go. Whatever it was, it was definitely a family emergency.

He looked like he was writing and reading messages. I think he clarified things and decides to go back home. I don't like that they feel sorry...a family emergency is a family emergency. Family first...no need to apologise.

Yoongi literally received the news right at the beginning, it was very subtle though, he didn't specify. It was when yoongi got his text in the car. My heart literally dropped cause he lifted his glasses, as if to make sure he read it right, and you just saw his face change completely and the way he went 'oh' -- i instantly knew something was wrong. I've never seen any of the boys react like that to something cause they always cut it out if they receive sad news or anything personal. i'm very surprised they let that in, but everyone who reacts to this episode doesn't seem to notice it or bypasses it without thinking much. They don't even let Jin mentioning ear pain in the next episode (btw forewarning, a caption in the next episode said tae went to the hospital cause of ear pain, but it was actually Jin. So Jin is gone for a little of the episode), so it really caught me off guard. Yoongi just seemed very vulnerable there and it kind of reminds you that they are really people and not like, characters. Random things just happen and we of course know that, but now we saw that. We don't know what happened but it was definitely something sad to do with his family most likely. I feel very bad for Tae and Yoongi because they became so close since last bon voyage but they didn't get to enjoy their trip together this time, no memories together at all. Once Tae came, Yoongi had to leave, and both for very upsetting news :( Yoongi did something very subtly sweet though, since they couldn't be together, and i hope you guys notice it cause it's very briefly mentioned but it just shows how sweet Yoongi can be towards Taehyung. Also, in this episode V is wearing an 'I LOVE MALTA' shirt and idk if you remember, but Yoongi actually got that shirt with Jin and he lent it to Tae. Things I do love: Kevin complimenting Tae's golden skin and blonde hair. Blonde mullet tae is the best tae, no one can tell me otherwise. It's really nice that Tae got to have a bit of fun on the trip. There are moments later on where you see him kind of alone and seeming sad, which is definitely normal, but then you see later he is having a great time and forgetting his worries and sadness for a bit. Especially with the help of the boys. I like that you notice Jin stayed behind for Tae and WHY he did. It was very nice of him to do that even though he was excited to scuba dive, idk if he was able to do it later or not. Jungkook wouldn't make Tae sleep on the floor, lol. They share the bed :) Jin is literally a dad, i'm sorry, but the way he was diving was just - wow, he's a dad lol. KEVIN "It's like juliet calling out for romeo" YES, EMBRACE THE YOONMIN lol. Their friendship is so sweet and interesting. Jimin misses his cuddle buddy hahaha. Strangely, I think this is my least favorite episode? but still a good episode of course. Anything BTS is good, I just think the other episodes are way better, but I'm glad they waited for Tae to come to ride horses since he was so excited. I wish I could've seen Yoongi ride a horse though, lol.

About the meaning behind 7-1=7. Even if there is a member absent, they are still 7. They will always gonna be 7. It's a beautiful meaning. My favorite quote from Taehyung, "please love the 7 of us, without leaving any member out". Thanks for the reaction, have a nice day guys :)

The shirt thing...I saw that too. Jin was wearing the shirt that Yoongi was wearing on their last day in one of the later episodes as well.

The towel on the horse was because Jimin was wearing shorts. Without the towel his legs would be rubbed sore. J-Hope also had a towel. RM was wearing shorts too, but I didn't see if he had a towel.
