So, here's a funny little story, this is a character that appears a few times in the backgrounds, but only gets one speaking line way later, but i didn't connect two and two together, and i didn't connect two and two together so i drew up a random background character at first and then when her line came up i was all like "Ooooooooh, THAT'S who prisoner 4 is!" so yeah, RIP this design.
