Death knight to Fertility Knight (Patreon)

So World of Warcraft won last months vote and I decided to revisit one of my oldest character concepts when it comes to adult work. The Female Troll death knight getting turned into a fertility knight. The story was never really finished but the change is caused by a fruit the death knight eats at the sacred red dragon shrine.
