Ah yes, boob inflation on the person from the A-cup dimension, since if Lurkergg even has to draw a female with small breasts, he will... well, it's not entirely known what will happen, but it's speculated it's either A: die B:loose his power C:unleash his hitherto unknown nemesis, or D: ....Something else...

This is not true. I have drawn small breasts for characters "before" stage during transformation sequences. I Pride myself in knowing the appeal of transformation sequences is a dramatic change, so for breast expansion and other transformation to have an impact I need to draw normal proportioned people.
