Up coming Patreon changes (Patreon)

Hello everyone, wanted to layout the changes coming to my patreon this month and give everyone a chance to respond in some way.  (ok updated the poll links)

Monday Sketches - Transformation sequences and Patreon streams are being replaced with Monday sketches. Monday sketches will be one and done things most of the time or R&D work. The monday sketches will be the quality of the sketchtober sketches. This will change other aspects of my patreon in the following ways;

• Squire tier will be able to vote in polls on what to draw during M-Sketches
• Cleric Tier will be able to submit LLO related suggestion to the poll on a monthly suggestion post
• Knights will be able to decide what is drawn on one of the M-Sketches sessions (Knight limited to 2 spots, maybe more in future)
• Patreon Goals will be significantly changed to reflect the replacement of Sequence and Patreon Streams for Monday sketches

Monthly Suggestion Post - As mentioned in the Monday sketches part above, Cleric and up patrons will be able to suggest what direction I can go with R&D and Monday Sketches. These will be limited to LLO topics or theme topics.

Patron Tier changes - Most of the major patreon changes involve changing the rewards for the different patron tiers. Here are the changes planned;

• Squire ($5) Tier - Squire is able to vote on polls for Monday sketches
• Cleric ($20) Tier - Clerics are able to put in suggestions on the monthly suggestion post (limits to LLO and special Themes)
• Knight ($50) Tier - Knights are able to decide on Monday sketches (Limited to LLO or special themes)

Stronger Focus on Lending Loup Out and Visual novels - Over the next coming months I will be replacing all of the Patreon graphics from the Generic and old pictures and graphics to a new LLO focused pictures and Graphics. On top of that, almost all of my attention will be shifting to LLO visual novel work. While some monday sketches will give me a break from that, its mostly going to be LLO from here on out.

This change has to happen for obvious reasons, if you have feedback about it please leave it in the comments section of this post.

Patreon goal/milestone changes - A lot has changed since I first started my patreon, but many of my goals/milestones have stayed the same. I am updating them to better reflect how I now run my patreon.

• $200  1 Monday sketches ,10% of my time to LLO project
• $600 3 Monday sketches 40% of my time to LLO project
• $1200 All Monday sketches  60% of my time to LLO project
• $2000 75% of my time devoted to LLO project. Patrons have the right of first refusal on buying out auctions.
• $3000 full time, any outside work will be due to emergencies or special events.
• $4000 Start trying to hire more full time regular help.

Important note: As I grow older I need to start saving for the future and actually try to earn a real living wage. When basic dental work requires "emergency auctions" you start to realize that you are not really making a living wage.

At the moment that is the extent of the changes I have planned. If others are added I will update this page and let you all know. I wish to enact these changes coming either middle of this month or starting next month.
