Updated Rules and TOS for LurkerGG Patreon Streams (Patreon)

Ok everyone. I needed to update the rules and add a Terms of Service to the Patreon stream to avoid issues in the future. I tried to make them as easy to read and understand as possible. If you have any questions or concerns please post them in the comments below or message me.

Update - Added to the TOS, it know specifies any character/idea you suggest for a patreon stream that involves one of my IPs/settings. Like any Milf-shake inc related streams.

LurkerGG Patreon Stream concept/idea/suggestion submission info and rules

General info

• The stream will be streamed on https://picarto.tv/Lurkergg
• It Will take place at least once a month, more depending on the Patreon milestone achieved.
• Mostly on Fridays.
• Each month will have a theme that will be announced on my patreon. This will be referred to as the Stream Theme Post.
• Each Stream Theme Post should be made at least a week before the first stream of the month. At the very least enough time to allow patrons to create ideas and post those ideas.

Rules

1. Submissions must be posted on the Stream Theme Post comments section.
2. My normal commission rules still apply to these characters/concepts/idea submitted. I have final say in what is chosen and I have complete say in what is and is not an acceptable submission.
3. Original Characters ONLY. I will not accept characters from already established Intellectual Properties. There will be some stream themes that will be exceptions to this rule. Unless the theme is a specific IP, keep it to OCs only.
4. I grade the different submissions by the following guidelines; creativity, quality and what I believe my audience would like. I am the sole judge of these guidelines and only I will decide what character/concept/idea from the submissions I draw. No arguing. 
5. While I will attempt to make sure no one specific patron’s submissions win over and over again, I can not guarantee every patron will win at least once. It is still up to the quality of the submissions posted. 
6. Read the Terms of Service before submitting. It is super important because it lays out ownership of any character/concept/idea submitted to the LurkerGG Patreon Stream. By submitting any character/concept/idea you agree to the Terms of Service.

Terms of Service

By submitting any original ideas, concepts, suggestions or any specific character idea to the LurkerGG patreon stream, you agree to the following.

1. In any stream that involves a theme that is connected to a intellectual Property I, the artist known as LurkerGG, own, you forfeit and grant ownership of any original character/concept/idea you submit to the Lurkergg patreon page (www.patreon.com/LurkerGG) to me. I will be free to do with the character as I wish and use the original character/concept/idea in commercial or personal projects.
2. If you do not wish to lose ownership of a original character/concept/idea, please request I make an adapted version when submitting the character/concept. The adaptations I create will will have a degree of difference from the original. The differences will be enough that both characters/concepts can be reasonably told apart from one another. I, the artist known as LurkerGG, will own the adapted version of the character/concept and will have full rights to do with it as I please.
3. Any art I, the artist known as LurkerGG, create of a submitted character/concept is owned by me. The submitter will have no ownership of the art work and they are not allowed to use the art in any commercial capacity. Requests for personal use may be made and must be approved by me.

Patreon Stream F.A.Q

Q: Can I suggest/request my original character?

A: Yes. But that OC must follow my normal commission guidelines and you must provide visual reference of the character when posting it. Please read the Terms of Service as it defines the ownership of any character I use and the art I create in the stream.

Q: Why don’t suggestions/requests of (genre) ever get picked?

A: There could be several reasons. I know my fans want to see some things over other things. If I believe my patrons and fans want to see this suggestion/request over any other I will most likely go with what what they want to see me make. Also the genre could go against my guidelines.

Q: What happens to any pictures made during these streams?

A: They will available on my patreon for a time and then shared on the rest of my sites. As per the TOS, I will own any art created during a stream and can do with the art as I wish.

Q: I think that you may be ignoring my suggestions/requests?

A: There are several reasons this could be happening. Please keep in mind the submission rules and that you must be of a least a squire tier patron to submit an idea. Also, your submission is technically in competition with other patron’s submissions. While I try to make sure one person doesn’t constantly win over and over again, I will go with what I believe is the best submission.

Q: What do you mean in the TOS by “Intellectual property” you own?

A: Any story or setting I have created, such as the Milf-shake inc setting. 

Q: Is this retroactive? Are character you have drawn in Milf-shake themed streams owned by you now? 

A: I have desire of enforcing this in a retroactive way. If I want to use a character like that in the future, I will contact the original patron who suggested the character and work something out with the.
