[Detailed Plans]

1) I need at least 5 people to participate
(For PH, I need an extra number of 2 people specifically for PH seperately. For PH ver to be successful, there needs to be a total of at least 7 participants)

2) Each participant's paying amount: USD $45

3) Please pay in advance. The only accepted paying method: PayPal to eksyth24@outlook.com

4) If the number of paying people is less than 5 (for PH < 2) on April 30th, the initiative fails. In that case, you can get your money back via Paypal's refunding system, or you can choose to get a head mod that is not released yet (list here).

5) If the initiative succeeds, I'll complete the mod and send the corresponding mod (HS or PH) to paying guys' email box before May 7th. (Or if it succeed soon enough this month, I'll try to get it done this month)
