If 10 people join that Tier, I will draw 1 Flat Color [ The most voted character in the Poll]
If 15 people join that Tier, I will draw 1 Full Color [The most voted character in the Poll]
If 30 people join that Tier, I will draw 1 Full Color and 1 Flat Color [The First (Full Color) and Second (Flat Color) most voted character in that Poll]
