1,2. quick animations i did when bored

3,4,5,6. all examples of the different spiritual planes of reality as present in ryn’s world.

the first two are examples of the neutral plane during day and night, one where it almost completely mirrors reality. you would be able to see those within reality, however they would not be able to see you. one may be able to affect reality in minor different ways, such as creating a small breeze, a chill to one’s spine, or to give someone the feeling of being watched.

it is usually a quiet place, one would only usually meet new spirits here. it is typically avoided as it is the only plane which allows both light and dark spirits to be able to meet and/or attack eachother.

the third image is the pale/light plane, a place only accessed by light spirits. they access this plane to regain energy from the increased exposure to starlight. it is also free of danger for them as demons cannot enter the plane whatsoever. aurora-like rays of light and other bright shapes appear in the sky, and the stars would always be visible regardless of the time of day.

the last image is the dark plane. upon entering you’ll be met with a blood red sky with constant psychedelic swirls and spirals. all life would appear dead, debris of the world slowly floating above, with an endless array of lurking demons and dark spirits. dead animals and plants from reality are seen in this plane, of which the demons primarily feed off as the corpses decay.
