Okay, so the first thing I wanted to talk about is that Unintended Cultivator: Volume One has hit something of a milestone over on Amazon. It's now in the top 500 ebooks on the site overall! Granted, those overall site ranks bounce up and down all the time, but top 500 even for a little while is amazing for a first book in a series from a guy that basically nobody has ever heard of before. Everyone on here was a big part of making that possible, so everyone gets a virtual pat on the back. Thanks for all the support along the way!

Next up, I got a box of paperback copies of UC Vol. 1 in the mail today. So, once I venture out into the awful space I think of as "Beyond My Door" and buy some appropriately sized padded envelopes, I'll be doing some book signing and getting those copies ready to send out to the people in the Uncle Kho's Cultivation Corner Tier, assuming you're based in the US. I think I saw one or two people from outside the US in that tier when I looked at it, and I'm going to have to take those on a case-by-case basis. I never intended for anyone not in the US to sign up for that tier, and I'm pretty sure I said US-based in the tier title. Plus, international shipping is a monumental pain at the best of times, stupid expensive, and I'm a one-man show here. So, we'll have to see.

I should have a handful of copies left over even after I ship those and hand out copies to immediate family members. I'm inclined to make them available to the people here on a first-come, first-served basis, (again, limited to the US for my basic sanity) but I'm not sure about the logistics of that just yet. In fact, I don't even know if i can sell physical products on here or not. I'll just have to look into what options Patreon has available and let you guys know. If I can't do it here, I may be able to do it somewhere else, but, again, I'll need to look at the options and see what's reasonably easy to set up. With that said, if I can find a reasonably easy way to make them available, I will on a limited basis. I'll probably also make signed copies of my other books available on a limited basis. The limit in this case being me remembering to order more copies or asking my publishers to order more copies for me.

We're also coming up on the end of Volume 6. I think there's a few more chapters left and, of course, the Bloopers chapter. So, I'll be taking my customary few days off afterward to get my head right for Volume 7 and probably get some work done on Rinn's Run book 2, which is exciting for some of you and not interesting at all for some of you. Fortunately, I am large. I contain multitudes. 😆

Okay, so that's the update.

Congrats on top 500! I think I'll just buy a physical copy when it's available. I'm one of those rare europeans subbed :)

There seems to be some discrepancies between the various European Amazon sites. Some of them have the physical edition (albeit in English) and some of them don't. I truly don't know why. I do know that the UK and Germany Amazon sites have both. There are actually a lot of Europeans subbed on here. WAY more than I expected, which is why I tried to limit the signed copy tier to the US. It's not that I don't want to do nice things for my European, Australian, Asian, and South American fans, so much as it's that postal costs make it prohibitively expensive for me send them anything. I haven't figured out the exact cost to ship this book domestically, but I can probably send it for $4 or $5 depending on what kind of shipping I use. Trying to send the same book to Canada, which is close enough that I can comfortably drive there in less than a day, might cost five times that much. I expect that sending things to Europe is similar or worse. I'm still trying to brainstorm something both digital and awesome that I can offer to overseas subscribers that holds the same level of cool as signed copies, but I keep coming up short.

I’m the new guy over there. It probably just hasn’t gotten high enough on anyone’s to-do list to update the site. I’m not even sure if they have all of James’s books on there and he’s the publisher.
