Hey everyone! So, I know that some Patreon accounts offer a whole slew of tiers with different benefits. I occasionally think that maybe I should I offer some kind of $15 or $20 tier, but I'm honestly not sure what kind of benefits people would want..more chapters...exclusive artwork...exclusive short fiction...behind-the-scenes content (this would probably turn into daily pictures of whatever I'm cooking, just to set a realistic bar for expectations)...some kind of audio entries where I talk about my writing process? When I first set up the tiers, I based it on what I imagined people would want. Now, there's enough of you that I can get some real data. So, I'm going to throw up some options, and you should feel free to make suggestions in the comments. <---Seriously, do this. For me, the main thing is that you should feel like a new tier options will provide some legitimate value. Otherwise, it's really not worth doing.

I tend to think that for authors with more than one story it's good to have a tier for each specific story and then a higher tier where you get access to all stories etc

That's a good idea, and I'll probably implement it down the road when I start new books. At this point, I'm not going build out new tiers that will restrict access to books that people have had access to.

That's fair, a lot of people I've seen have also grandfathered people into tiers with a access and then only separating new people into those tiers

I'll be honest here. I'm sorely tempted to create a special tier called Food Porn for that one person who voted to see what I eat.

I'm here for your cultivation story. It is one of the best I have read in a long time. So yeah just keep doing your thing and I'm happy.

I don’t subscribe to anything over $10 so I’ll refrain from polling. I only subscribe for the extra chapters, nothing else matters to me.

In general I do not subscribe to any over $10. People likely just want chapters. In likely won't hurt to have higher vanity tiers that include something likely your name as a bit character and e book's when they come out with a mention.

BubblyGhost

5-6 extra chapter for 10$ is generally on the low side of what I usually subscribe for, so longevity wise most likely wont stick around and will wait for buildups, but ye, chapters chapters chapters.
