Venti, the bard also secretly known as the Anemo Archon, has a strong addiction to alcohol, allowing him to consume over 35 beverages without ill effect. While this may seem like a personal issue, it's actually quite the opposite.

You see, despite his popularity as a bard in Mondstadt, Venti is surprisingly poor because he spent all his money on alcoholic beverages. Each night, he sneaks into the Angel's Share Tavern to steal high-quality wine, this cause a lot of problems to Diluc. To solve this problem, Diluc decided to ask Lisa to brew a special wine that transforms Venti into a female whenever he drinks it.

To no one's surprise, Venti actually falls victim to Diluc's spiked wine trap. His body transforms into a female form that is unexpectedly... voluptuous and curvy, suggesting Lisa added some cheeky ingredients to the brew. Feeling defeated, Venti desperately asks for forgiveness. However, Diluc didn't want to turn Venti over to the Knights of Favonius. Instead, he want to assist him financially.

He returned to Dawn Winery, acquire a maid dress, and hand it over to Venti. Diluc's plan was for Venti to wear the outfit and take on a role as a waitress at the Angel's Share Tavern. For Venti, this was deeply embarrassing, as the maid dress hardly fit his frame. Nevertheless, with no other options, it seemed Venti had to navigate his predicament as a maid from now on.
