Writing Update - 12/19/2018 (Patreon)

World's Unbound is now up on pre-order. I got back the first proofread, so that's the one up on the site. Should be nearly perfect so the 2nd proofread it's going through is just 'cause it's part of the deal I have. Those who want the edited copy now, let me know. Otherwise, I'll get the final, final up when I get it back at the end of the month.

AoB book 5 is done. It ended up being a little smaller than I thought it would be and I think I might revise the ending a little, to make it a little less abrupt. But it comes up to around 42k words. So usual novella size. I'll keep posting chapters every few days. Won't get to editing till a few weeks down the road when I 'clear' my head.

I'm also changing the name I think to 'the Adventurers Bond'.

Which leaves me with a question of what to write.

Book 7 of the System Apocalypse is percolating in my head. I have a great start in mind, but not a clue what the middle / end is going to be. While I know the 'points' I need to hit, I don't really have a 'plot'.  I could start writing, but I kind of want to wait till I have a clearer idea of where to go and what to do. I'm also wondering if this arc might need more than 1 book to introduce the area. So... yeah. 

In lieu of getting started on something i might have to rewrite a couple of times, I'm going to play around at least till the new year. Play around in this case being starting a new series. :P

In this case, I've been debating writing a xianxia cultivation novel. I actually started a couple of chapters at one and then deleted it all because it was so bad early this year. This time, I think I've got a better idea of what I want to write. 

Truthfully, I have 2 ideas - one for a pure xianxia cultivatio novel and another for a LitRPG take on it (think Once Upon a Time in China / Fong Sai Yuk setting with martial arts 'arena' fights). Sadly, I don't have time to write more than one book at a time so... we'll see. I definitely am not putting book 7 off longer than one more novel since otherwise, I know I'm going to lose the plot. :)
