Writing Update & Thoughts (Patreon)

Just finished typing 'The End' on World's Unbound. There are 20 Chapters plus an Epilogue. 92.5k words (not including glossary, etc at back).

As it stands, I've already started editing a few of the earlier chapters of things I needed to foreshadow a bit more. Now that I've got the story arc down, I need to go back and foreshadow, add more scenes with particular people to flesh them out and of course, edit the entire thing.

I'm still a little uncertain of the ending. It 'feels' abrupt to me, but I know I'm suffering from author syndrome. I'm too close to the material right this second to see it properly, so I'll be relying on you guys to see if my feelings are right. I'll continue posting a chapter or so every day or few days.

In the meantime, I'm going to switch over to writing A Squire's Wish and Adventures on brad book 5 for a few weeks to flush the cache. That way when I edit and read the book anew, it'll actually be 'new'. Final deadline for this all is Nov 7 so I've got a bit of time.
