Hey guys, Just listening to this one on the way to work, great listening, i don’t really usually get involved in the Ozil talk because I’m as sick of it as nearly everyone else, I did note that Tim blamed motivation as the key factor in his situation, I’ve often thought my theory doesn’t get talked about as a possible reason to all of this. Do you think this purely a club financial decision seeing as though player wages are usually made up of match bonus, goal bonus things like that? E.g he plays he has the ability to earn his 300k, he doesn’t he gets his base 250 k ?? He posts on social media “fit and ready” then he plays pre season matches where I’m certain match and goal bonus’ are not a thing, real season starts he’s back out of the team, seems obvious for me..
