Personal Opinion: I feel like Andy really came into his own as a character in Seasons 5-7, but when he became manager, I started to like him less especially with his relationship with Jessica (The Office, Jessica) in episodes like Pool Party and the Christmas one. But Get The Girl, to me, marked the beginning of the downfall of Andy. I'm not going to give spoilers for next season, but maybe my enjoyment of Nelly (although I don't like her being mean to others) comes from the type of Andy that we see here at the Bachelorette party (with the lies that he's gay, etc.) There are still so many times when things you say make me look forward to how you'll react to things coming up. Lastly, I enjoyed Pam and Jim trying to embarrass the magician for Nelly's benefit. and seeing Jim's reaction at first to Angela wishing that "Pam" was dead (or something similar) showed how he's not going to let anyone treat his wife like that (which was cute to see)
