So much to say about this episode, it is top tier! Even setting the plot aside for a moment, can we just acknowledge how incredible the cinematography is? From the opening shot with the rain hitting the broken piece of glass next to the blooming flower to the scene interchanging shots of the key-copier duplicating Howard's key as the valet was running back down the steps, to the final scene in the desert.... Just amazing camera work, lighting, everything. Plotwise.... This is always such a hard one to watch. Who doesn't love Nacho?? And to see how he knows when he calls his father that it will be the last time he hears his voice but not to cause his dad more worry by telling him he's fine.... Nacho's story is just so tragic. The only redemption in its tragedy is the epic, rage-fueled confession he hurls at Hector at the very end and that he decided to take his own life, claiming back all he had left and what Gus & the cartel had both already claimed, and taking it into his own hands in the final moment.... It's beautiful tragedy. Sadly, there was no choice but to kill Nacho off here. His story and plotline were expertly drawn out but the writers also recognized that they couldn't keep pushing it. I think it was wise and it now frees up the rest of the series to focus on the other plotlines.... And there are more to come yet, believe it or not!
