May Pulse Test | Show Ranking Poll! (Patreon)

Hi Patrons,

Thanks to everyone having weighed in on the polls that were going to address interest in changing a few things. Here are those results and how they will be implemented going forward:

Number of Shows in Regular Rotation:

Going forward we will limit the total number of shows in regular rotation to 10. Based on this pulse test, we will simply take the top 10 ranked episodes and those will be the ones regularly reacted to until the next pulse test. The only fluctuation on this, will be when a new show is voted in that isn't already in rotation- we will have 1 week with 11.  (The second week of each month)

Monthly New Show Polls:

We will keep things the same with an opportunity each month to vote in a new show.

Shows that fall out of rotation:

Shows that don't make the top 10 rankings will be reacted at a much slower rate. Those with 5 episodes or less left in the season will be reacted to until the season is finished and then removed from rotation until voted in again. Those with more than 5 episodes will have one more chance to be voted into rotation in the next month's new show or pulse test poll before being removed completely from rotation.

There were a lot of suggestions about different approaches- if there are additional thoughts that would benefit from another poll- please post those below. We didn't want to overwhelm the community with poll after poll and felt these three addressed the majority of the suggestions.

Back to the pulse test...

It's half way through the month so as is standard, we're posting the pulse test for all the current shows we're reacting to so we can get a better sense on this months' Patrons and how you rank each of the shows :)

For those shows that you aren't interested in seeing the next season, based on where we are on reacting to them, be sure to reflect that in your vote by voting them lower on scale.

Those ranked in the top 10 will be made priorities and reacted to most often.

Remember the more of you that weigh in, the better the schedule will reflect the shows you all like most!

We'll post the rankings and results of the poll on May 14th to give everyone an opportunity to weigh in and to give us time to confirm what the rest of the month's schedule will be  :)

Quick Notes:

1) If Freaks and Geeks is not voted in one of the 10 spots- it will be removed from rotation until voted back in.

2) Malcolm in the Middle will have one episode left in the season- if not voted in the top 10- we will finalize the season at a continued slower pace. It will then be removed from rotation unless voted back in.

3) 30 Rock has 4 more episodes in the season - if not voted in the top 10- we will finalize the season at a continued slower pace. It will then be removed from rotation unless voted back in.

4) Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt was voted in as this month's new show- If you want it in regular rotation- be sure to vote it high.

5) There have been a number of shows that have dropped or will be dropping new seasons- keep this in mind if you want those in regular rotation again now too.

6) For those shows pending a new season to drop- I have moved temporarily. Once the new season is announced and confirmed release date is provided- I will add them back in. If we missed a show that has a new season out- send us a DM and we will add it into the pulse test and send everyone an announcement.

7) There will be at least 4 shows from current rotation voted out- we will outline how many episodes each have and what the expectations of those reactions will be at the close of this poll.

Reminders

Friendly Reminder about Accessing content on the drive:

Please be advised- due to the huge extent of content we are sharing with you- it can sometimes take a couple of days or so for everything to populate and show up on the drive. We can expedite the shows you're itching to get into by sharing those directly- so just DM us with those shows or movies. If you have any questions or concerns about whether you're missing content- please let us know!

We're likely going to make it a point to post this a few times a month just for those again new to the community and/or returning.

If anyone is waiting on specific content to populate currently, please just DM us and we'll share those directly to expedite for you. We are bombarded daily with requests to access content (99% from people not currently pledged as Patrons) so the easiest way for us to know you need access- is to just to message us.

EP For June

We are finalizing our tickets and travel plans for June and will be preparing an announcement on what our schedules and availability for regular rotation content as well as EP sponsored content will be for the month. We'll have that prepared and posted in the next week.
