Erin’s reaction to Holly is my favorite part if this two part episode. She is so unimpressed with Holly, and for the longest time I couldn’t figure it out, but I think it has something to do with Erin & Michael’s father/daughter type relationship and how Holly is coming in as dad’s new girlfriend and no one is good enough for Michael or “dad”. There were subtle hints of this in part 1 that I think you may have missed, but it’s really obvious in part two.

I hated Dwight getting the W in this... sometimes he deserves them but in this case when you look at the escalation levels back and forth he goes 10X each time. Jim makes a comment about the weather, Dwight uses it to embarrass him in front of the whole office, so Jim responds in kind embarrassing Dwight in front of the whole office... so Dwight then escalates again by basically assaulting Jim. This is one of those that makes Dwight tough to love in my opinion.

The more I rewatch the office the more I sympathize with Dwight. Like yea he's annoying but Jim deserves to take an L every now and then. Dwight and Pam are the only two characters who can remind Jim that he isn't too cool to work at Dunder Mifflin.

If I see that snowman again I’d be scared someone would be inside o.o I can understand what other people have commented. As I’ve said in the past, I have seen The Office too many times to truly count and the first two or three of those times I really hated Dwight. I thought he was an ass kisser and he was needlessly rude. And then on the next watch I was like, I’m going to watch Dwight as if he’s the villain and first of all, he did not read through to me as the villain but someone misunderstood and weird, and second, I found it more enjoyable to just accept Dwight as Dwight. Not to give away spoilers, but I think if you just accept Dwight as Dwight you’ll have some fond memories when you look back at the show after the finale Anyway thank you for all of your hard work
