It's clear Rachel and Shane didn't talk enough before getting married. I'm sure they did have sex before, but I think she's starting to question his intentions. If you remember she mentions the pre-nup last episode and that she felt like he's making her give up her career. I think that's still in her mind and now she's worried he's only with her for the sex (and her looks) so is worried he'll just drop her when she isn't pretty or sexy enough for him. I have to say though, the scene with Tanya wailing over her mothers ashes during their "romantic" moment cracks me up so much!!
