May Intake Form | Who wants to be an EP?! :D (Patreon)

Hi Patrons!

As a reminder, we will be pulling names each month to lock in EP Spots!

If you're unaware of what these tiers are- a quick breakdown:

For Shows: 

It can be a pilot of a new show or a continuation of a show that's not in rotation. This doesn't haven't to be voted in by the majority and you can either be given a shoutout or remain anonymous.

For Movies: 

EP tiers allows you to sponsor the reaction of one movie that we haven't seen. This doesn't haven't to be voted in by the majority and you can either be given a shoutout or remain anonymous.

Tiers:
30 minutes or less: $25

31 minutes-60 minutes: $35

61 minutes- 105 minutes: $45

106 minutes- 150 minutes: $60

151 minutes- 195 minutes: $80

We will be raffling 14 spots total at the 60 minutes and less tiers.

We will be raffling 4 spots total for the 61- and higher tiers.

A total of 18 EPs will be locked in. 

For those interested in becoming an EP, we will be hosting a monthly ballot and will pull names to fill the spots available. The process will be as follows:

1) You complete the form below to submit your interest in being an EP for the month of May.

2) April 26th we'll announce which EPs were chosen. (If you choose to be anonymous- we'll simply state that and you will receive a direct message from us so you're aware that a spot is yours) Those that aren't chosen will get first grabs at the next month's available spots. Those that are chosen will need to pledge & pay at the EP Tier on the first of May (do not pay before the 1st of May) in order to lock in your spot. Should your pledge decline or a payment is not made at the correct tier, we will open that spot back up to another Patron.

3) Only those announced as EPs will get to sponsor for the following month- anyone else who attempts to pledge or secure an EP spot that was not chosen, will be refunded and advised of the same.

4) Please only choose one tier for your submission. If you select multiple- we'll reach out to you first to attempt to clarify which one you'd like to keep, otherwise if no response is given, we will automatically limit your choice to the lowest tier.

By continuing this process we're excited about:
1) Creating more opportunities for those of you that have been waiting for months to get a spot - finally a chance to do that! Creating more fairness overall.

2) Ensuring we have enough time to fulfill the requests and still live..lol
