This is a really weird episode, but I love the ending about Turk and Cox in regards to JD’s extra mile advice

awesome reaction thank you for all of your hard work I really like seeing Todd being a “competent surgeon” and it is due to his more relaxed attitude in part. But I think the reason why Turk is my favorite character is he does care a lot. I actually wish JD was more like Turk (I can’t remember when I started to like JD again but it’s not at that point). I have a feeling I know who was number one but I can’t remember if you’re at that point where you’ve met the character or not so I won’t say. Turk being told that he has the best bedside manner of the surgical team though, I really liked that part because it reminded me of season one where he was concentrating mostly on the procedures and techniques but then as the surgeons made their rounds, he hung back a little and introduced himself to the younger man and told him that although he can’t guarantee him everything will be okay that he’s in good hands and everyone will be looking out for his best interest. It also reminded me of the Wizard of Oz tribute episode where he has to get the heart transplant okay from the patient’s family and at the end he talked about why this was a good thing even if he didn’t get to perform the surgery himself. Anyway, enough gushing over Turk. Loved the reaction and can’t wait for the next episode :)

To add, since I was correct and her character was in the first two seasons. If you guys remember Bonnie Chang, she was the surgical intern who competed with Turk for a chance to go to Mexico but wasn’t chosen because she was a woman. She is said to be the best out of the surgeons who entered with Turk but she doesn’t make an appearance for the rest of the season.
