"Did we fully see him?" RJ be cracking me up. LOL This show has been really entertaining to watch with you both and although I have been creeping in the background, I have been thoroughly engaged with your reactions. Hanawa gives me hemorrhoids but she is someone who simply feels afloat from everything else in her existence so she needs to be disappointed before she appreciates what she has; I cant imagine growing up so very isolated and despised for existing. As if you're an abnormality which has caused the resentment that flares up quite a bit. She is certianly dealing with prejudice and being advised to accept that. Kofu always been more readily engaged into society AND has his crush nearby, I really love how they use blindness as a strength instead of a weakness as you stated, boo boo. Jeralamel wants to bring back the previous world but many dont want to go back to what they consider a curse and we arent talking about a few years, but generations and thus remaking the world in your "image" (essences, DNA?) feels a tad megalomanic. That reunited moment was well acted; Maghra feeling conflicted about her love of the woman who raised her but completely aware of the type of mental case that she is. Yessssss! She is the mad queen personified. Baba is ideal father goals with Paris being such a great woman of wisdom being the shoulder he can lean on which made for an amazing dynamic since their introduction. Cant wait for you to see the finale!
