Great reaction. Not sure if you fully caught it but Kim didn't just "forget" Rich's name, she called him "Howard". Major cringe, but Rich brushed it off pretty well it seems. One thing I love is the symbolism of Jimmy's "World's 2nd Best Lawyer" thermos that Kim gave him not fitting into the company car Davis & Main gave him. He tells Cliff Main, when asked why he never gave it a shot at Davis & Main, that he's a "square peg [trying to fit in a round hole]", just like his thermos trying to fit into a cupholder not designed for its shape. Love the symbolism. Lastly, I really love the opening scene, showing young Jimmy at his dad's corner store. Remember Chuck told Kim that Jimmy pilfered all of his dad's money and forced the store to close down because he went broke? We see here that isn't entirely true. Jimmy's dad was a sucker and constant target for grifters who knew they could get an easy handout with a BS story. Jimmy does eventually keep the money for the cigarettes he sold from his dad's stock, but it wasn't entirely his fault the store failed like Chuck believes. He tried warning his dad about the scammers but his dad was too naive and refused to believe people could be so evil. The "wolves & sheep" comment from the scammer clearly stuck with Jimmy though, we see how he reflects on it after the guy leaves the store and he opts to take the $8.00 back from the till. It's all about choices, this show.
