First off, thank you so much for doing this reaction for me and I’m hoping to either sponsor another one soon or it enters rotation. For your question with the names. Martha is a collective name, every house with a commander and a wife has at least one Martha who is someone who is infertile but is not sinful, they have cooking and housekeeping skills for the most part but are not part of the “ruling class”. As for the Handmaids, they have the name “Of”+ the name of their commander. The Scrabble loving commander, for instance, is called Fred Waterford and so June is called OfFred just as Glen replaced Alex Bledel’s OfGlen with another. Something else I found interesting was Janine who is the Handmaid with the one eye, her actress actually played the role of Tricia on Orange is The New Black who died from a drug overdose and was the young homeless shoplifter in season one. Anyway, really glad you continue to like it. I’m a huge fan for not only well written shows but ones that elicit some kind of emotion from you. Hoping to sponsor some more in the future
