My heart broke for Sally watching this episode. The way she falls right back into the old protective habits she developed while with Sam is so awful. She's finally seeing real professional success and feeling good and secure and then the rug is pulled out from under her by someone she trusts, it's brutal. Both Bill & Sarah crushed it in that scene too, it was so intense my heart was pounding the first time I watched it. The tone of this season is already so different from seasons 1 and 2, and it makes it even more challenging to describe the show to somebody who's never seen it, but I love how the show's complexity is constantly evolving and how the lines of genre and format become so blurred. I'm sooo glad this is back in rotation!!
