This was actually the first Scrubs episode I ever watched; I caught it as a rerun on Comedy Central on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing anything about the characters, I was still hooked in by the story and the style of humor, and the ending payoff sold me completely on the show. Revisiting it later and knowing who everyone is, it's still one of my favorites. Great reaction as always!
