I know this is controversial but I really like Charles. I think since the party was still being planned and it wasn't a normal birthday party it should have been circled in on by MIchael, David, and Charles. Charles is just the square covering for square pegs meanwhile MIchael has spent time ripping holes in the box to put everyone in

Everyone seems to blame Charles for canceling Michael's party and for Michael quitting. But it was actually David's fault for not returning Michael's calls and let's not forget David told Michael he would see if he could make it to his party to David telling him the company will move some money around for the party. If David really wanted Michael to have his party, he would've told Charles that from the beginning so it wouldn't even had to be up for discussion.
