Episodes like this are why I don't like Michael. I like the idea of Michael. I can accept that others really like Michael. I don't like Michael and therefore don't like episodes like this or Dinner Party where they are Michael-focused. That being said, I feel that the Roald Dahl book is the best version personally of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and I do like seeing more Dwight. Also, Andy needs to get himself another interest after how Angela destroyed him. Great reaction, can't wait to see more.

Something we learned from this episode is what it would take for an employee to be fired from Duffin Mifflin. We now know it has to be losing the company's money. Michael had a good idea but he should've ran it by corporate first or took the blame when he found out that someone was going to be in trouble. That being said as many fireable offenses Dwight has committed in the past it would've been something for him to be fired for something he didn't do.
