This isn't my favorite episode of the season (because it's just kind of impossible to beat my favorite episode of the season and of the show but I'll tell you which one after you've reacted to it) but I forget how much I love it. There are so many jabs at Toby. When I used to work retail there were so many times I would scream inside my head if I had to clean out the microwave since I only ever used it one or two times max at any place I worked at and I would always clean it immediately after I used it. Honestly most of the mess was caused by the manager and assistant manager so I'm having some sympathy for Pam. That and cleaning the bathroom are two jobs I most definitely don't look back on fondly. This episode also has one of the lines I love to use in my every day life which is a Michael-ism, "It just seems awfully mean but sometimes the ends justify the mean." It's hard to hear sometimes but he says mean as in the emotion rather than means as in the act of getting to someplace (adjective vs. noun) Whenever I have to face someone or confront them, since I'm someone who doesn't want to be unkind to others. I often tell myself, "It seems awfully mean, but sometimes the ends justify the mean." Anyway, great reaction. Loved how you felt about the part with Michael seeing Toby, it's actually one of the most common The Office memes so now you have the context if you ever see it.

Fun Fact: I wouldn't call this a spoiler or anything but when Ryan said he was leaving for Thailand, this was in fact due to B.J. Novak departing the show temporary to shoot Inglorious Bastards.
