As far as Nick and Jess, I like the introduction of Paul because so often when there's a will they/won't they vibe the love interests they bring around for the characters are just mediocre. (Example, Ross's second wife Emily, what a bag of flour as far as personality.). However, Paul is a really solid, viable and likeable option for Jess who you can root for her to be with, which is smart writing/casting. Also, rest assured this is a show where the characters grow, and also grow on you more and more. As we've said before, Winston takes the longest to hit his true stride, but it's very much worth it when he gets there. Same with Nick really, there's an arc late in the season where he opens up like a flower as far as the funny.

Well, that was a great Thanksgiving, exploding dryers and dead bodies. I'm a fan of Justin Long so it was great seeing him on the show as Paul, who seems great for Jess. Nick was definitely not a fan of Paul, but I think he was coming around at the end. Great reaction, I look forward to the next one.
