I thought this episode was average. It’s not awful but I can’t say it’s great. I liked just how insane the climax got by the students at Greenvale swarming at the main characters as a desperate attempt to keep their secrets from coming out. Also, is it just me, or does the budget seem microscopic at this point compared to the last few seasons. I know the sets had to be different because of the last season being under Yahoo instead of NBC, but 75% of the sets look incomplete now like the library and the cafeteria. Also, the stuff with the raunchy comedian was underwhelming. I did not buy for a second that this guy was a controversial comedian who tells offensive jokes. They made him way too shy and down to earth to ever make me believe that he was as bad as the episode made him out. You might as well have just made him Chang. At least you would believe that he would tell massively offensive jokes. I did like the kid at the end who just happens to be a cop. It’s both hilarious and adorable with how hard they commit to him taking his job seriously at like 12 years old.

While I personally enjoy this season for the more down-to-earth vibe, I understand why you guys haven't been loving it (RJ in this episode excepted). I can go into a thousand technical reasons I believe it's not the same as it once was, but the truth is... the magic is just gone. It's still funny, but it's not as much fun. That being said, I do think the drama has been well done, especially in this episode with the secrets coming out again. It's well written, and interesting... but... we just need Troy back. lol
