This is a pretty fun episode and probably one of Todd Packers tamest appearances although you were right that Michael probably wouldn't have hired the strippers if not for his suggestions, there was one deleted scene with Toby that was pretty funny this episode, Since Toby won't let Michael hire a stripper, Michael tells Toby to go home. Toby briefly objects but quickly complies. In a talking head interview, Toby says, "I have to make it look like I tried." Which exemplifies the character of Toby perfectly.
