In typical AR fashion, there's a very inside joke in this episode. When Buster and Tobias go the Queen Mary (and Buster sees Lucille 2), Tobias sings "New York, New York", and Lucille remarks "Everyone thinks they're Frank Sinatra". In fact, the song New York, New York was originally sung by Lucille's actress herself! It's the theme song for the Martin Scorsese film of the same name, and she was the performer. However Sinatra is the one who made it popular and the song is mostly associated with him now. So she's complaining about a song that she's the first performer of while acknowledging most people associate it with Sinatra instead of herself.
