I'm so glad you're enjoying this show! This is a fun episode for several reasons, including that it introduces a few details we'll see again. Specifically, Elliot's (the muscle) love of cooking and those two FBI agents. I hope this gets picked up as one of the regular shows, because it's criminally underappreciated.

Thanks again for the great reaction! I knew you would both find the series enjoyable, and I'm glad we could do the episodes in the intended order (as opposed to the way TNT originally moved them around). "The Wedding Job" clearly has to be one of their very early jobs, when the crew is still getting to know each other and learning how to work together. Specifically, Parker (the safecracker) is still a loner who doesn't get social cues and just says whatever she's thinking. That'll change, very gradually. A word about two of the actors: Gina Bellman (Sophie the grifter) is British, but she'll adopt a great variety of accents for their various cons. And Christian Kane (Elliot the muscle) has a wide range of skills: he's lead singer in a country band, he does his own stunts in the fight scenes, and he's a real cooking enthusiast. Plus, he can be incredibly funny.
