Great reaction XD I've never seen this episode separated (when I heard that they were taking The Office off of Netflix, I bought it all on ITunes so different cuts at times) so even though I know which party Stanley chooses, it really is a very funny pause (first time I've ever seen it). Some people say that the man who won't change seats is one of the villains of The Office since it would have been easier for him to move and let Dwight take the seat. Dwight should learn better social skills and ask that he have the seat and explain the situation but why would the guy sit there? Like, what is the benefit for him? One thing that i have heard is that the picture of Carol and her kids was actually a picture of Steve Carrell and his family which the production team edited on a picture of Michael Scott. So, same person but different characters. It makes it funnier for me. Anyway, as said, I've never seen this episode as two parts before and am looking forward to seeing how you react to the two holiday parties. Will it be A Nutcracker Christmas or will it be A Margarita Karaoke Christmas. (I'd personally prefer the latter)

I don't know why peacock split up some of the longer episodes, but it's pretty hilarious they turned Stanley's choice into a cliffhanger

yeah, my absolute favorite episode of the office is one of the season 5 two-parters (specifically the first half) so I'm wondering how they'll split that one up ;)

I know Michael thought he was being romantic but he should've known better than to plan a suprise trip for Carol especially around Christmas, knowing she has kids and probably already had her own holiday plans scheduled.
