This is one of my favorite episodes. The running Ann jokes, the running Lucille/Oscar jokes, Tobias's constant lurking, and most of all, the setup and payoff of rock-paper-scissors: "Michael chose rock, which beat scissors. Unfortunately, the whole incident was covered by the paper." (Which is how the paper came back into it.)

So not sure if you caught it, but they changed the actor for Ann between season 1 and 2, and originally had intended to switch the actress for every appearance to emphasize the joke about how forgettable she is. However, they decided that Mae Whitman played the role so well they dropped that plan. Not sure if she should take that as an insult or compliment, but there it is.
