Wonderful reaction! This episode, like all of them, is just so stuffed with quick moments and background jokes. One of the quickest and nastiest in the series is the scene early in this episode when GOB buys a boat and Michael tells him to get rid of the Seaward. At that moment, Lucille walks in, hears "Get rid of the C-word," and announces, "I'll leave when I'm good and ready." The actor who's pretending to be homeless for research purposes is indeed Tom Jane, using his real name -- and a bit of his real-life personality, as he is known to be rather eccentric. You probably have seen him in leading roles in movies, though I couldn't quite hear the titles you were wondering about.
