Michael practicing Conflict resolution is the worst thing I can think of and judging by that last scene I'm sure all of those boxes are full of complaints about Michael. Also Jim's bullying history against Dwight was hilarious but I don't condone his behaviour and I'm sure Dwight's behaviour may have been responsible for some of that and Dwight himself have done some truly questionable things to his fellow colleagues so I guess Jim is just balancing things out, Can't wait for the next one.

Toby is low key my favourite character so I love seeing some more from him, maybe its because he is so seemingly dead inside and plays it so well, the cast received Michael's botched photo as wrap gift (IIRC from the Office Ladies podcast). Looking forward to the next episode and subsequently season 3

love this episode, it's jam-packed with great jokes and tension. i love when all the characters get their time to shine, and we're already starting to see more of the non-main characters' personalities and dynamics with others. and yeah, as u guys said, EVERYTHING'S out in the open, yet nothing was resolved. i probably wouldn't rate Michael's HR-stand-in skills very highly.....but at least he sort of tried. anyway, loved the reaction, very excited for the finale !
