This is definitely one of my favorite episodes in the season. Monster Girl was so awesome. I honestly can’t stand Rex so seeing him get beaten up like that was immensely satisfying.

This was great episode. I love the funeral scene at the beginning, although one scene from the funeral in the comics that was pretty cool, was the Mauler twins showing up to the funeral to pay their respects to the guardians. Speaking of the Mauler twins, they are a personal favourite of mine, so i'm loving them in the show especially their music. Grey DeLisle voices both Shrinking Ray and Monster Girl, she was the voice of Azula in ATLA.

Rex can charge inorganic matter with potential energy allowing them to explode when they are thrown as projectiles and they can be fairly powerful, but his attitude is a major setback for him. Monster Girl's curse is a drawback, but she chooses to fight irregardless, showing the strength of her character. Another fun fact, in the comics Black Samson's butler attacked the Guardians funeral, he blamed them for Samson losing his powers and was angry he didn't get the chance to kill them IIRC.

Great reaction =) the story is so exciting to me and I love the diverse character cast. It’s definitely making me want to check out the original work, I have a few series that I’m reading right now in the super hero/vigilante category (wonder woman, red hood, and nightwing) but I might take a pause on one of them to read the source work for this show =) in addition to this, sometimes I feel really bad about it because of the gravity of certain scenes (mentioning the death of the guardians) but when they say dark wing all I can think of is the vigilante dark wing duck and it’s funny to picture him in this looking forward to next episode

This episode was tame compared to the last two episodes and Omni-man giving the eulogy for the guardians was unreal. Also I loved the New guardians but my favourite new guardian is Monster Girl, she's adorable and deadly plus she kicked the S**t out of Rex. After watching that Final prison break break scene now I'm suspicious of the Robot because all of his old team mates are in the New guardians team. Also I agree with JRabbit and I'm sure there were more qualified and experienced candidates were in that tryout. Rex keeps annoying me on multiple shows this week first on parks & Rec and now on Invincible and like JRabbit said Britta sure knows how to pick them and I'm glad atom -EvE is no longer with Rex but I'm glad Amber and Mark got together before EVE made a move on Mark. Can't wait for the next one.

So I have a question about Invincible and Omniman. If someone could answer it that would be great. It is said that their powers include super speed, so can they run really fast??? This just really throws me because they never run anywhere which makes me think they are lazy or their super speed abilities are linked to flight.

Just so you guys know I thought AtomEve's name was AdamEve as well. It wasn't untill about the 4th episode I noticed the trivia bar on Amazon where I saw her name was AtomEve. So I went about 3 episodes thinking her powers involved her having a penis or having something to do with sex toy's. It was really confusing and I had no idea what her powers could've been to warrant that name. lmao

They can move at high speed on foot as well, but its not comparable to their flying speed which can be very fast to say the least, plus there are a lot more obstacles on the ground which is another reason they would probably prefer flight
