One of the best running jokes about Pawnee, besides everyone's hatred of salad and vegetables, is its horrifying (but hilarious) medieval laws restricting women. But good for Leslie, pulling out a win even when given an unwinnable situation. And a round of applause for the writers, who step by step, over 5 years, have brought Tom and Ron along paths they never would have imagined for themselves. It's so satisfying to see. Diane is the coolest (both the writing and the actress). Nobody got hurt? -- then she'll roll with it, it's just another day of living with kids.

Tom's Character development has been a pleasure to watch and he did an excellent job of improving and drumming up new business for Rent-A-Swag. Also Ron and Ann hanging out with Diane's kids was hilarious and adorable, also Ron inadvertently revealing that he love Diane was unexpected and adorable. Finally Pawnee needs a complete overhaul of diabolical laws that currently exist and hopefully Leslie will lead the change for new laws that reflect the needs of todays Pawnees and promote Gender equality to the city council and hopefully get rid of some of the disgusting pigs in that city council especially that creepy old man, Can't wait for the next one.

I used to love monster legends!

My favorite part of this episode (although I really like the gender-equality message and how Leslie acts within that situation) is how Anne reacts to Diane's daughters because that is exactly how I react with kids. Very awkward and trying but failing to connect but then able to step up when I have to. Great response Also, pretty random but there was actually a clothing company that tried to sell the Rent-A-Swag model on Shark Tank. I'm not sure if they got an investor but I do know that they ran out of money and went bankrupt.
